Excellent swimming pool compensates for all minor shortcomings.

Pros: Location is good, no noise from the main street. About 15-20 min walk to the beach and 10 min to the proper supermarket (T-market). Excellent swiming pool!!! Very professional manager, Nevena Petrova (special thanks for your assistance!).

Cons: The Wi-Fi signal was not strong enough to cover the entire apartment. The sofa in the main room is comfortable for sitting, but not for sleeping. Some guests ignored no-noise and no-smoking rules.

Pros: We felt good in the apartment. We also asked for breakfast, it was plentiful and sufficient. Everything was nice and clean waiting for us. The location is good, close to the beach and within walking distance (for us) of the old town. V

good price, good location, very clean apartment

Pros: The receptionist (Neneva, spoken english as well) and other staffs were very nice and helpful at all time. Beautiful flat, very luminosity, very comfortable stay, our private terrace was very enjoyable, we loved it. we booked 1 bedroom apartment for 4 people, we had enough space for us. Room, building, around building was very clean and cleaned every each day. We loved the location, close to the beach, sand dunes, night stores. we will go back definitely

Nice apartment

Pros: My recent stay at this apartment was mostly positive. The communication with the manager was smooth, and parking was convenient right in front of the complex. The pool was a great addition for relaxation.

Cons: There was one significant downside that affected my stay. The spare bed sheets provided in the apartment had an unpleasant odor that was quite off-putting.

Perfect place for a long stay

Pros: A great place in a quiet part of Sunny Beach. Very comfortable location, closer to Nessebar although 30 minute walk from the centre. No problem for those who like walking and want to be in the centre every night. The apartment really great with all the amenities necessary (although some of them supplied additionally by the hospitable and friendly receptionist). Two bathrooms made the stay easier. The parking onsite, tiny and crammped but sufficient. Nice, clean swimming pool on the premises. Great, helpful maids who took care of the cleanness of the place.

Cons: The bed downstairs kind of worn-out and falling apart, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Also, for those who take the washing machine for granted, make sure there is one in the apartment. In ours there was none, although the description claimed to the contrary. However, thanks to the hospitality and kindness of the receptionist and the maids we could use one in other apartments when possible so there was just a small discomfort with planning.

Pros: The receptionist was a really nice and helpful person, spoken English. She tried everything to made our stay wonderful. Helped to find a cheaper shop, recommend sightseeing option. The room was clean and tidy. The kitchen was fully equipped included washing liquid, plates, pot etc. The apartment was comfortable for a family of 4. The pool area was sparkling clean, with many sun bed, toys for kids. The beach was close and very clean! Really recommended!!!!

Pleasant, quiet aparthotel for a beach vacation

Pros: We felt at home and spent a very great time in Sunny Beach. We had everything that we needed for a great stay. The staff was nice and helpful. The private terrace was very pleasant. It was a nice swimming pool in the garden. The kitchen was great for making simple breakfast. The apartment had a very pleasant temperature downstairs. The cleaning was thorough.

Cons: Everything was very cozy and nice, only the mattress could have been better. It was a bit hilly and it creaked a lot when someone got up from it, so two people woke each other up often.

Fabulous apartment

Pros: The apartment was very modern and very clean. The bed was very comfy and large for a double. The room was cleaned twice whilst we where there which we loved as we where self catering.We where on our honeymoon and the reception manager left us a bottle of wine and strawberries beyond kind of her. Nothing was to much trouble and she was so helpful with advice and was so lovely. We went before the season so the pool was not filled but we still enjoyed sitting around it in the sun. The grounds are kept so clean as well. Will definitely go back.

Cons: Is on the out skirts of sunny Beach but you can get a bus at the bottom of the street for 2 lev per person very easy. Closer to Nesabar which we fell in love with. Nothing bad to say about our stay x

Świetny

Pros: Przestronny apartament z tarasem i możliwością zrobienia prania (na tarasie suszarka).Świetnie, że można skorzystać z basenu. Obsługa bardzo pomocna. Lokalizacja - na obrzeżach Słonecznego Brzegu, ale blisko plaży.

Cons: Jedynie słabo działo wifi, a poza tym w naszym apartamencie był problem z drzwiczkami od szafki w aneksie kuchennym, które były urwane.Zostalo to zgłoszone obsłudze od razu po check-in. Generalnie dobry stosunek ceny do jakości.

Pros: Camera foarte mare și spațioasă, am fost 3 adulți și un copil și am fost cazați intr-un duplex, care conținea tot ce am avut nevoie, mașină de spălat, expresor, fierbător.

Cons: Locația este foarte departe de centru și de faleza, pe jos se face cam o ora de mers, dacă nu ai mașină e cam greu de dus și de întors.
