TSB Sunny Victory

Hidden Gem on the edge of Sunny Beach - ideal for families

Pros: We have stayed in the TSB Sunny Victory apartments several times. The studios/apartments are well equipped for a self-catering holiday. The complex is secure and safe, which is ideal for families. There is a pool bar with food on site along with a shop and a bakery just outside the complex gates. The complex is on the edge of Sunny Beach, which suits us. It's waking distance to the beach. There's a bus stop just a 5 minute walk away, that'll take you out to Nessebar.

Cons: The accommodation is clean but a bit dated and could do with some updating. A recommendation would be for the hotel to give guests the option to hire out cushions for the sun loungers.

Cleanliness and comfort

Pros: Beautiful hotel with beautiful and clean pools, very friendly staff. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, there are all the amenities for cooking. We really liked this hotel)

Pros: Quiet, close to the beach, great pools with free floaties. Aman the receptionist and Alex the guard are very charming. The room was spacious with two bathrooms.

Cons: The shower in the second bathroom didn't have a curtain and the entire floor was wet all the time.

Pros: Clean, comfortable and cozy room with all amenities, nice staff. Not far from the beach, close enough to the supermarket, nice and clean pool. Overall it was very nice.

Very comfortable stay and will be returning.

Pros: We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. It is in a lovely, quiet location near to the beach but close enough to get to the nightlife if you wish to. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful and we had a brilliant room with a pool view. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we would definitely return in the future.

Pros: Excellent location 5 min walk to the beach/strip, located right beside a Lidl and a bakery that both open early every morning.

Cons: Not much to say, maybe more toilet roll needed when cleaning rooms, 1 fresh one given every few days.

Pros: Personal amabil, locația foarte aproape de plajă cât si de magazine ex.Lidl, Carrefour, locatia dispune de parcare pentru mașini iar accesul în parcare se face printr-o barieră care este deschisă de portar. Apa de la piscină a fost curată iar locația in sine a fost liniștită.

Cons: Mobilă învechită, iar la unul din balcoane am avut un cuib de viespi, ar trebui puțin mai multă atenție din partea personalului.

Pros: Complexul de apartamente se află aproape de plajă și asigură parcare. Dispune de 2 piscine, un bar, un market și o patiserie. Este format din mai multe corpuri de clădire, având lift pentru etajele superioare. În apropiere se află un supermarket Lidl, și alte marketuri. Asigură apă caldă în permanență (boiler electric în apartament), are aer condiționat, dispune de frigider, o plită electrică și câteva ustensile de bucătărie, precum și un balcon. În fiecare zi, personalul de curățenie aducea o hârtie igienică pentru baie. Au fost schimbate prosoapele. Personalul politicos și de ajutor. În general, ok.

Cons: S-ar putea îmbunătăți curățenia în apartamente (aspirat, curățat cu mopul pe podea). Nu exista nici o mătură sau mop pentru a face curat personal. Existau ustensile de bucătărie, dar nu îndeajuns ( nu exista nici o tigaie in care poți face de exemplu o omletă pentru dimineața). Lipsa unui cuptor cu microunde ( unele apartamente aveau așa ceva, dar nu toate). Mobilier un pic învechit. Nu exista plasă pentru insecte.
