Pros: Great Apartment! The location is excellent—downtown is just a 20-minute walk away. Grocery stores are also very close to the apartment. Bus 15, which provides transportation from the airport and railway station, stops very close to the apartment, making travel highly convenient. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped. It has everything you might need, including a hairdryer, slippers, and even a sewing kit. The kitchen is stocked with spices, salt, and cooking oils, making it easy to prepare meals. The host is friendly, easy to communicate with, and always ready to help. I highly recommend this apartment!

İf I will have a trip to Burgas again, first I booked Ivan's apartment

Pros: İvan step by step explained everything, what it needs for opening doors, wi-fi, in details. Apartment is very clean and usefull, spacious and smells good. Also Ivan has a perfect English 😁

Wonderful room, great location, amazing stay!

Pros: The contact to the owner was exceptional. Ivan did a really good job of communicating with us! We had a lovely time at the apartment - the AC was working perfectly, the facilities were really good and the location is decent - a 4 min walk to the bus station and a 25 min walk from the beach and the city centre. I would highly recommend this place for a stay in Burgas

Cons: I wasn't a big fan of the shower solution - because of lack of any walls - water gets everywhere in the shower. We were provided with a mop that collects the water really well but yeah a glass wall to protect from the spillage would be nice

Great accommodation in Burgas!

Pros: The place is perfect for short stay or even summer vacation. Maybe 20 mins walking distance to the beach, but less to the Sea garden park. It is on a main boulevard so is easily reachable. Host is very friendly, short term responsive and helpful. The studio is great value for money - small but spacious and has more than everything you need, incl. espresso coffee maker, microwave and washing machine, balcony. It even has different spices, teas and jars with coffee - everything you might need. Unfortunately we had just one night to stay but would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Burgas. Great that it is bookable for one night only even during high summer season!

Pros: The host is very friendly,kind, and extremely helpful. Me and my daughter stayed for 3 nights. It was a great time to spend together as the studio was very comfortable and convenient for us. Good location and really worth it for the price. Definitely recommend it.
