Modern, clean, well-equipped studio with helpful owner. Close to both the beach and the airport.
Pros: This accommodation was a very positive experience. The owner was easy to communicate with, everything went smoothly. The apartment building is modern, clean, the shared pool is also very pleasant. The studio itself is nice, clean, all the basic amenities are available. It is close to the airport, even on foot, but bus number 15 is going on the next street very frequently and will take you there, or further to Burgas. The sea is also very near.
Cons: There was no like that.

Great place for a calm vacation
Pros: The hosts were very welcoming and communicative, and overall the apartment was small but had everything you could possibly need during a week-long stay: washing machine, hair dryer, a lot of drinking water and so on. It’s very close to the Atlantis beach (Diddi beach?), you just have to walk downhill. And it’s a 10-15 minute walk to the Central beach of Sarafovo. There’s also a grocery store in the same building as the apartment which is very convenient. I enjoyed the stay and would recommend this studio for a calm beach vacation.

An absolute gem of a holiday studio!
Pros: An absolute gem of a holiday studio! Great location, walking distance from Burgas airport & a wonderfully sized swimming pool. Also walking distance to the beach! Hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming!
Cons: Nothing! Absolute dream!

A nice place close to the beach and public transportation
Pros: The location is great. Really close to the beach, and not far from the terminal bus stop of the bus 15/15A, connecting Sarafovo with Burgas and the airport. There is a small grocery shop in the building (which was still not open in early May), and larger one a block away (open until fairly late every day). The nearest restaurant is down on the beach (open). There's a small balcony and an equipped kitchen (which we used).
Cons: The kitchen would benefit from a microwave, and the room from a more sizable folding table (e.g. under the AC unit), which could be used for both dining and working on a laptop. Parking is probably an issue in season - in early May there were enough spaces in the street.

Excellent for our purposes. We never intended to stay there all day, just sleep there.
Pros: The location was ideal as it was the building next to the friend we were visiting for his birthday. The apartment is modern and clean. Also gives you access to the complex pool. The apartment is fully furnished, has a kitchen with fridge and all the tools you need if you were to consider cooking in it. My favorite part is the water boiler =) And you have a small convenience store just next to the entrance to the complex.
Cons: It's on the first floor. Right next to one of the main paths to Diddi's Beach. So remember to pull the curtains. The balcony has no real ceiling so you cannot sit on it if it rains. Also the tree to the far right grows a bit in on the balcony. Bed could use another pair of pillows, but that is no issue if you bring your own.

Pros: Great location 2 minute walk from the beach, comfy bed, brand bathroom and balcony with the sun ! The hosts are absolutely lovely and I would highly recommend anyone to stay here

Все пожелания лично написала хозяину) всё ок!
Pros: Замечательная локация, новые, чистые, уютные апартаменты. Есть всё необходимое) хозяева также при заезде оставили комплимент в виде вкусного подарка - спасибо, было очень кстати! Они также всегда были на связи, при необходимости подсказывали по бытовым вопросам квартиры. И в день отъезда без проблем продлили время выезда! Море рядом, продуктовые магазины тоже (один и вовсе в доме). Всё отлично! Рекомендую.

Однозначно рекомендую
Pros: Бесподобные расположение, близко хороший песчаный пляж. На территории дома есть свой бассейн. Квартира чистая и комфортная. Продумано все до мелочей. Есть вся посуда, чай, кофе и даже специи. 4 минуты пешком до остановки автобуса на аэропорт. Тихое и спокойное место, мы прекрасно отдохнули. Сюда бы я вернулась.
