Central DELUXE Apartment

Pros: The apartment is very cozy, beautiful, and comfortable. It has everything needed for a pleasant stay and for cooking. It’s clean, warm, and truly feels like home. The location is excellent — right in the city center, one minute from the pedestrian street and about a 15-minute walk to the beach and the park. The stuff are attentive and caring, responding quickly to any requests.

Cons: The downsides: the elevator in the building is very old and extremely small, and using it felt a bit unsafe — we even got stuck in it briefly once. Also, the apartment’s windows face the street, and even with the windows closed, I could still hear the noise from passing cars and the gulls. Overall, it’s a comfortable apartment, especially if a central location is important for you.

Pros: Great location to centre & shops 15 min walk to buses for day trips to Nesebar, Sozopol etc.

Cons: Having to mop the floor after every shower. However seems to be standard in a lot of these places. It was a nice newly renovated apt in very old communist bldg block. The lift was very old, scary & unstable but it did work. Dont let the building entrance & old stairwell put you off.

Best apartment in Burgas!

Pros: One of the best short-rental apartments in Bulgaria, I've been to and the best one in Burgas for sure! The apartment is even better than shown on the photos - very well designed with all the amenities you'd need for your stay (and it's a good option if you need to work, since there is a big and comfortable kitchen table). The beds were very comfy as well and the whole place was perfectly clean. The location is perfect - 1 minute by foot and you are at the main street, and we had no issues with noise or anything (which is sometimes an issue with such central apartments). The host is very kind and helpful - she went the extra mile for us, even though she didn't need to. The check-in process was smooth too. It is a definite 10/10! :) Will book again!

Pros: The apartment was specious and clean, everything was as shown in the photos. The location is great in the centre of the city with everything within a walking distance. The host was welcoming, checked in on us and had good communication! There’s everything you could possibly need from AC in every room, to iron and an ironing board, washing machine, TV etc.

Cons: Only down side was the lift/ elevator in the building which is quite old and not very pleasant to use on a daily basis (also didn’t feel very safe). Personally I didn’t mind taking the stairs to the 7th floor every time for the extra burnt calories but not everyone would be fine with it.

Pros: I would like to say thanks for warm welcome and detailed explanation upon check-in. This apartment is really tidy, cozy, comfortable and useful. It has a good location in the city center.
