Very new and comfortable place suitable for YOUNG people/couple.

Pros: Everything is absolutely new and super clean. Very cosy place and fully equipped. It is close to the beach and near a lot of shops and places to eat.

Cons: The place is on the Fifth floor in a building without elevator and it turned out a bit challenging for an older person or in case you are with a small child.

Pros: Хорошая ,чистая ,новая и современная квартира .Есть стиральная машина ,хорошая кофе машина ( уже была с зёрнами ) посуда на 2х персон . Рядом есть небольшие магазинчики. Чуть выше транспорт городской ( удобно ездить ) До моря пешком 15 мин.через красивый парк .

Cons: Нет лифта Нет шторки для душа Кондиционер не может охладить часть спальни и там жарко очень .

Pros: Ходя в Бургас от 7 години, обиколил съм немалко хотели, на толкова хубаво място не съм попадал. Отношение, персонал, чистота, кухня, абсолютно всичко беше повече от прекрасно. Нямам търпение да се върна отново! Силно препоръчвам

I recommend the place wholeheartedly!

Pros: This cozy studio is in a great location! The walking distance to the beach is fairly short. Loved the rooms ,the amenities were clean, there was a coffee machine that was a pleasant surprise. The smart tv as well. The rooms were super clean and the whole place smelled great! I would definitely stay there again^^

Cons: The cutlery was missing, good thing we brought our own. The place is on the 5th floor of the building and there isn't an elevator, so you have to get up those flights of stairs pretty often. It's kinda hot where the upstairs bedroom is since the ac is on the first floor, and the cool air doesn't reach all the way there.

Studio Lazur is a cosy, relaxing and charming place that you’ll always want to come back to!

Pros: Perfect studio to spend your vacation in! Everything is new, it has all the appliances you need, really clean and welcoming! The interior is lovely and the upstairs bedroom makes the apartment really cosy! The host was helpful and responsive! The apartment also was quite close to the beach and also in a good distance to the center, you have shops and can get everything you need nearby the studio. I’ll definitely come back and would really recommend this property!
