Perfect stay

Pros: This apartment was truly perfect! Such lovely touches! When we come back to Burgas we would love to stay again, the location was amazing. Central and close walking to the beach. Communication with the owner was really good. If I could give it more than 10/10 I truly would. Exceptional apartment!

Really cool.

Pros: Location was perfect, next to main street. Close to beach and port. Apartment is big, clean, comfy and really nice. Plenty of space. Balcony was also good for sunbath and relax.

Уютен, модерен и комфортен апартамент

Pros: Прекрасен апартамент, отлична локация в центъра на града до пешеходната зона и близо до морската градина. Много чисти помещения, подредени с вкус и създаващи усещане за уют. Домакините са помислили за всичко до най-малкия детайл. Има паркомясто в двора, което е чудесно, както и огромна тераса и пералня за по-дълъг престой. Мисля, че това е едно от най-хубавите места, в които сме отсядали. С удоволствие бихме отишли отново при следващо пътуване до Бургас.

Piso bonito, nuevo, agradable. Muy buena ubicación. Gran terraza. Párquing.

Pros: Tuve la suerte de conocer en persona a Ilia (muy simpático y amable, perfecto inglés) y, sobre todo, de quedarme en su magnífico apartamento: muy céntrico (a dos pasos -casi literales- de la calle peatonal -llena de tiendas y restaurantes- que lleva al centro y al parque marítimo), construcción muy nueva y de buena calidad, limpio, bonita decoración y estilo: agradable, acogedor. Sofá-rinconera grande y ancho. Sillón en el salón (cómodo) y en la habitación (además de otra silla y un pequeño escritorio). Cama grande y cómoda. Y además: 1er piso, gran TV, internet muy bien, con ascensor, párquing (patio interior) y terraza muy grande y agradable (con otro sofá y 3 sillones -uno balancín- de terraza/verano).

Cons: Por mencionar algo: 1) la proximidad a esa calle peatonal es muy conveniente, pero hasta una cierta hora de la noche, también puede ser un poco ruidosa (y el dormitorio da a una calle que conecta casi enseguida con ella). 2) el armario (en la habitación) es poco más que una estantería para ropa.

Pros: Очень понравилось всё: идеально чистые, удобные апартаменты с красивым дизайном, удобная кровать, огромный балкон с видом на зеленый дворик , есть всё необходимое , полностью оборудованная кухня , есть кофемашина, стиральная машина . Отзывчивый хозяин, отвечал буквально на все вопросы и просьбы, если будем ещё раз в Бургасе, обязательно остановимся только здесь
