Pros: Локацията е добра,има магазини на близо,плажа е на 300 метра и е много чист.

Pros: Всё понравилось, всё супер!) Хозяин милейшей души человек, живёт в этом же доме. Лично встретил, всё показал, всё рассказал. Есть WI-FI роутер с рабочим интернетом, что превзошло мои ожидания, т.к. в описании интернет отсутствует.В квартире 2 балкона, 2 кондиционера.До аэропорта 200 метров, до моря- 600, супермаркет- 100 метров.

Cons: Если с семьёй и длительное проживание- маловато посуды и не хватает микроволновки. Немного шумно с улицы т.к. объект выходит на дорогу с интенсивным движением, но при закрытых окнах всё норм.
