Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant visit. The location is excellent, close to key attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet in a quiet area. It was perfect for our trip, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Really immaculate apartment and had everything needed, very happy with our stay

Pros: Great apartment, Netflix worked perfectly, everything was comfy and clean. Really nice touch was there were drinks in the fridge which on a really hot day was appreciated. Aircon works great, the cupboards are fully stacked with cups, plates, cutlery, pans, chopping board, potato peelers. We could have easily stayed for a week and lived as it was our home

Exceptional Stay – Truly Professional and Thoughtfully Designed

Pros: Central House Apartments in Burgas significantly exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent, the management is warm and helpful, and the apartment itself is a cozy, well-designed hub for relaxation or work. What really impressed us was how professionally managed everything felt — from the welcome touches like water and beverages in the fridge, to detergent and supplies thoughtfully provided for the washing machine. Every detail showed care and a high standard of hospitality. Everything works, everything is super-clean, everything is convenient, everything is prepared for you. The facilities are spotless and stylish, clearly maintained with pride. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Absolutely a place we’ll return to again. ❣️

Short stay but I will be visiting again!

Pros: Everything in the apartments is perfect !!! Highly recommended it’s not the first time I’ve been there always clean and comfortable bedsheets smells nice internet is great , location is next to Main Street !

Pros: After we booked the central house 3, the owner reached us and we switched to central house 2. The apartment was huge, and very clean, and the location was perfect if you enjoy 5-10 minutes walk to everything you need( restaurants, beach, etc). We will definitely come back here.

Comfortable place for exploring Burgas.

Pros: A big, spacious place, very comfortable for three people. There was beer and fresh water when we arrived at the apartment. The washing machine including the drier was a plus. The location was very close to everything downtown.

Cons: The stairs for getting into the room are not the most comfortable way of getting there. The sink is a bit too small for the size of the bathroom. There is no parking, although there is a public one (paying) really close.
