Pros: It was clean, the man at reception was friendly. Excellent value for money.

Pros: Great location, underground parking is available on request

Great apartment in a new, large building complex, in a very good location.

Pros: This is a new place at the time of writing - July 2025 - and the pictures of the property are very accurate and do it justice. The room is very nicely designed, a good size, with comfortable beds. It has a well equipped studio kitchen with dining table. The kitchenette has a microwave oven, fridge, and a kettle. The bathroom is a good size, modern and clean with a good shower. The ground floor of this building complex has a Lidl, as well as other shops, so you can purchase your groceries easily. The location is great for visiting the beach and the town centre of Burgas.

Cons: The building is new and large and the interior of the lifts are covered in cardboard to prevent damage while people move in and occupy new apartments, which I guess are being fitted out. This didn't bother me but it was a surprise.

Pros: Всичко ми хареса, отлично местоположение, чистота, комфорт и спокойствие.

Cons: Няма такова нещо.

Препоръчвам за нощувки по работа или кратък престой в града.

Pros: Мястото е отлично погледнато от към цена качество и идеално за настаняване ( ползвах го по работа ), хубаво местоположение,всичко е ново, чисто, мястото е тихо и уютно.

CHANTRER ви очаква

Pros: Чисто и просторно! Прекрасна локация. Лидл, Пепко, Нечовешки магазин в същия комплекс. Морската градина на 10 минути отстояние. Прием на домашни любимци, които е супер важно за нас!! Горещо препоръчвам!!

Good place in a convenient location

Pros: Great attention to detail from the host, there was some fruit for us, and a treat for the dog. It's a small thing, but it does matter. The place is very new, the bed is comfy, the bathroom is good.

Cons: Not THAT big of a deal, but it would be nice to have a place to dry some clothes, in particular swimsuits, as going swimming is common for summer stays.

Pros: Изключително приятно студио, с всички необходими удобства за приятно изкарване на ваканцията.

Pros: Местоположението е отлично. Допускат с домашни любимци. Любезни домакини.

Cozy, clean and modern flat in top location

Pros: It was the perfect cozy size for the price. There’s a fridge, stovetop, coffee machine and a really comfortable bed and huge TV. The convenience of having LIDL and DM right downstairs was super and the neighbordhood was very charming - little cafes and stores nearby and a 10 minute walk from the center. The bonus was the exceptionally cute cat concierge 🐱

Cons: The only odd thing was that it was still being furnished and finished, so there were a some cardboard boxes lined on the hallway floor.
