Nice and clean place close to park and beach

Pros: Location is close to well-equipped shops, restaurants, and also to the beautiful park and beach. There is a small lift and the room has everything you need for a few days stay - kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery and even an iron with ironing board. There is a laundry dryer on the large terrace. Contacts with the owner and the maids was excellent. Everything was really clean and we we'd love to come back here someday.

Cons: The only tiny disadvantage was the neighbours from the next room, who was smoking on their part of terrace. Smoke was coming into our room through the window and I felt like someone was smoking in my room.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a great view from the balcony. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the beach. Perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Pros: Quiet location. Easy access to the beach and sea garden.

Excellent location amenities and comfort

Pros: Everything was really clean, the air conditioning was excellent in the 2 bed room! Even had a balcony and clothesline for you to hang washing on Also really close to the beach and other amenities

Cons: We booked a 2 and a 4 bed apartment here. the air conditioning was only in 1 out of the 2 bedrooms in the 4 bed As for the 2 bed, it was just one room which was slightly small, but it was still really comfy and not an issue for my roommate and I as we were not in the room most of the time anyway

Comfortable apartment very close to the beach

Pros: Very nice apartment close to the beach. Nice balcony where you can enjoy a meal or just relax. Apartment was very clean and the shower was good. Also the kitchen has everything to make a meal.

Cons: The curtains did not really block the light and the bed was not super comfortable in our opinions, but nothing really bad.

Pros: The apartment has a perfect location, just a five-minute walk from Burgas Beach and a brisk 20-minute walk from the city centre. It is surrounded by various restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. Inside, there's a cosy bed and all the essential amenities required for a comfortable stay. On a hot sunny day, you can retreat to the balcony and relax in the comforting shade.

perfect runaway after cold winter

Pros: Great apartment near the beach. You can get a glance of the sea from the balcony which gives a fine touch to the apartment. It was exactly what we need for a week. Thank you to Elena who took very good care of us when we needed help. She was very kind.

Pros: Excellent location. Terrace. View to the distant sea. Kitchen.

Cons: The kitchen side might have a pan lid, a big knife, board. No shampoo.

Pros: Excellent host (!), amazing location (5-7mins to the beach).

Cons: Double bed has two separe mattress. The room is rather compact.
