Pros: We are very happy, it was very clean and quiet. The location was very good and close to both beaches.

Cons: I love it all . No problems.

Pros: The place was on perfect location. Best price for the best service in town.

Pros: Great location in the middle of everything. Parking out the front. Very close to south beach. Well equipped kitchen but we couldnt work the convection hobs at first. TVs and air con in every room is amazing!The hosts are really kind and helpful. Restaurant right next door. This is a really Nice comfortable place to stay. In Kiten.

Cons: Seaview only from kitchen window. I hope they build a deck on the roof and put a door in so you can sit outside and look at the Seaview. The shower drenching the floor. Its a typical Bulgarian bathroom in that way. Matresses on beds are not very comfortable.

Your all-in-one accommodation for the town of Kiten.

Pros: The whole apartment was all new when we arrived! Don't know if we were the first ever guests or we were there after some extensive renovation, but that was a BIG plus point to start off with. The bathroom and ESPECIALLY the shower were really good. Lots of hot water! Easy to deal with and no shower cabinet to have to squeeze into (there was a drainage hole in the floor - NICE and simple!). Good, also, to have table and chairs outside for food and to sit there and read in the evenings.

Cons: Even though Kiten is a small town, and even though the road where the accommodation is seemed a small, quiet road, it WASN'T! Every day at every hour of the day were big cars going back and forth, delivery vans and lorries, and even other tourists/locals going around on their kick scooters and e-scooters. A lot of noise which was off-putting. Also, I didn't much like the fact that there were always people going to and from the restaurant next door through the garden area, which meant they were always coming and going past us. Yes, OK, it was not our house and there WAS access to the restaurant this way, but it was another distraction.

Pros: Apartmán je v dobrém stavu, vše funkční. Blízko na pláž i na obchodní zónu. Předání klíčů proběhlo bez problémů. K apartmánu patří malý balkón a předzahrádka s posezením. Parkování na vyhrazeném parkovacím místě na ulici před domem.

Cons: Proleželá matrace na pravé straně postele (dál od okna).

Pros: Прекрасно място,чисто,винаги усмихнати и приветливи домакини.

Pros: Изключително чисто място снабдено с всичко необходимо за почивка без грижи ! Останахме много приятно изненадани! Препоръчвам на всеки, който иска да си почине наистина! Впечатляваща шумоизолация! Топ локация!

Pros: Престоят ни в къщата за гости беше изключително приятен! Мястото е уютно, чисто и добре поддържано. Домакините бяха много любезни и отзивчиви – погрижили са се да не липсва нищо. Атмосферата е тиха и спокойна, идеална за почивка. Локацията също е удобна – близо до плажа и главната улица.С удоволствие бихме се върнали отново!
