Great modern place within a stone throw of everything in Lozenets

Pros: This is a new and modern hotel near the party side of Lozenets. The host was incredibly hospitable and welcoming. They allowed me to check in 10:30am, way ahead of the normal check-in time. This was incredibly important for me, because I needed space to work from 11:00am. Speaking of work, there is a desk-like space with a chair which is big and comfortable enough for 2 days. WiFi was strong throughout. The room also has a bunch of small really thoughtful elements which are not luxury, but improve the experience so much, such as bottled water, kettle and coffee, a small fridge, etc. Lastly, I hugely appreciated the second door inside the room which closes off the lobby and makes it much quieter and more comfortable to sleep. This hotel is fairly central. You can walk everywhere, but they also offered free backyard parking for my car. Very convenient in the crammed central streets of Lozenets!

Cons: The only thing I didn't quite like were the beds, but this is down to personal preference. I found the mattresses not very comfortable and a double bed was effectively two twin beds put together with a huge gap between them because of their protruding metal frames.

Pros: The location is right in the center of the town. Everything is very close to the hotel. I really like the design of the place.

Pros: The hotel is cosy, located on the main street of the village, near to the best restaurants there. E booked an apartment with two rooms and two bathrooms. The style is vintage, the atmosphere is welcoming and the coffee at the reception is unique.

Pros: Everything was great during our visit. The listing provides all of the mentioned amenities and we were super pleased with our choice. It was sparkling clean. The staff was super kind and understanding. Everyone staying at the hotel was so friendly and constantly smiling. I’d highly recommend if you are planning a trip to Lozenets! We will definitely visit again.
