Pros: Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux. Grand studio pratique, centre ville et à 500m de la mer. Le balcon est un plus, bien que le soir le il soit en plein soleil.

Cons: Appellation bien pompeuse, en fait de villa il s'agit d'un immeuble dont la maintenance est laissée de côté. Bien entendu l'ascenseur est laissé à l'abandon, donc pas question d'accueillir les personnes à mobilité réduite. Une seule poubelle pour tout l'immeuble, sans couvercle...resto ouvert pour les mouettes.
