Pros: Хубава гледка, близо до плажа, нуждае се от ремонт вече

Cons: Овехтяло, имаше шумни роми на първия етаж

В целом, впечатление положительное, но есть некоторые моменты, как неработающий лифт, которые испортили впечатление.

Pros: Местоположение хорошее, до Северного пляжа 5 минут пешком. С балкона прекрасная панорама на ул. Иглика, дюны и море. Работал сплит, чайник, кофемашина и холодильник. Стиральной машиной не пользовалась.

Cons: Не работал лифт, на 3- й этаж подниматься пешком, да еще и с чемоданом - то еще веселье! Вечером не горел свет в подъезде, было неудобно подниматься.
