Pros: Clean place with parking spaces and perfectly arranged garden.

Cons: It would be better if the toilet paper wasn’t so cheap. Also the air condition hasn’t been cleaned for years.

Amazing apartments in Sozopol

Pros: The apartments are very clean, cozy and well equipped. The staff is amazing.. very polite and helpful people! Thank you so much again for making our stay so great!

Pros: The view from the 2 bedroom apartament on the top floor was just perfect. The apartment was quiet, and the cleaning lady came to change the towels and take out the rubbish. Overall, the complex is very nicely kept, green, with a clean swimming pool.

Cons: No apartment cleaning such as floors or bathrooms. There is no air conditioning in the 2nd bedroom (there was a spare ventilator, though). The bathroom is rather. outdated...

Comfortable apartment in Sozopol

Pros: Fully outfitted apartment in a development with cozy swimming pool area and sea views, conveniently located at the start of the Budzhaka area of Sozopol and walking distance from the new and old towns. Reliably good service and overall well maintained property. Have stayed in the complex in the past and will continue to use for short or long stays in the future.

Pleasant stay at the seaside

Pros: Very good hotel in a nice area. There are restaurants and shops nearby. There are two parkings for the clients. The pool is very warm and clean. The rooms have air conditioner. The bathroom was spacios.

Cons: The hotel is about 20min walk from the beach (might be a problem for people without a car). Our room was a bit noisy especially when the terrace door was opened as it was very close to the road. The mosquito trap wasn't protecting much so there were mosquitos in the room. Note that there is no restaurant in the complex.

Pros: We stayed there for a second time and we loved it. It's a great place with a great view and location. The staff was so friendly and the apartment was exceptional. We are looking forward to go back there next year.

Pros: We like the pool,how well maintained it was.The apartments were spacious and clean.You can get clean towels everyday and the room cleaned. We were impressed by the parking system that was with automated parking brackets and each guest gets an assigned parking spot. This is a paid service but for 10 Bgn per day is worth it.
