Pros: Персоналът беше услужлив и апартаментът е доста голям и просторен като си има всичко в него.

Cons: Имахме един работещ контакт и от време на време климатиците поддаваха.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung, abends etwas laut.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und liegt recht zentral nicht weit von der Fußgängerzone in der Neustadt. Die freundliche Eigentümerin kommt täglich um die Mülleimer zu leeren. Die Altstadt von Sozopol ist ca 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Sie hat trotz der vielen Besucher nichts von ihrem alten Charme eingebüßt.

Cons: Die Nähe zur Fußgängerzone bringt aber auch mit sich, dass es abends lange sehr laut ist. Zum Strand ist es trotzdem recht weit, vor allem, wenn man zur freien Zone möchte. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist recht spartanisch. Parken ist auf einem benachbarten Parkplatz möglich, der Blick aus den Terassen fällt direkt darauf. Er ist immer überfüllt, so dass Ein- und Ausparken einiges Können und Zeit erfordert.

Pros: Много е чисто, жената беше много учтива. Близо до плажа, заведения и хранителни магазини. Има паркомясто и паркинг в близост.

Cons: Обикаля се за да се стигне до плажа. Много шумно е от заведенията на плажната улица и постоянно мирише на готвено. Самият апартамент има нужда от основен ремонт на трапезарията. Липсва кафе машина или кафеварка. Хладилникът и телевизорът са стари, интернетът не беше добър.
