Pros: Много е близко до центъра и в близост до студиото има хипермаркет ,който работи до късно. Има безплатно паркомясто отпред на входа което е много удобно. Персоналът е отзивчив на момента идва, обяснява и показва.

Pros: Un loc foarte primitiv,curat ,dotat cu aproape tot ceea ce are nevoie un turist,raportat calitate pret,chiar isi merita toti banutii.Loc de parcare chiar in curtea propritatii,wifi functional si fara pierderi de semnal,privelistea a fost una placuta. Doamna care se ocupa de proprietate ne-a lasat placut surprinsi prin amabilitatea dansei. Recomand cu tot dragul,mai ales persoanelor care vor sa-si gateasca in locatie,deoarece locul este dotat cu plita,frigider,chiuvete si cateva lucruri de care te poti folosi fara probleme
