Poland 🇵🇱

Pobyt ogólnie udany, choć brak informacji o sposobie odbioru kluczy bardzo kłopotliwy.

Pros: Super lokalizacja - blisko do centrum miasta, a jednak nie przy głównym ruchliwym deptaku. Kompleks hotelowy i baseny bardzo fajne. Leżaków pod dostatkiem :). Obiekt zamknięty, nikt obcy nie ma możliwości wstępu bez kluczy.

Cons: Odbiór kluczy w mieście obok - Nessebar. Brak tej istotnej informacji przy rezerwacji pobytu. Po wylądowaniu na lotnisku dostaliśmy niejasną wiadomość gdzie odebrać klucze. Dopiero taksówkarz nam pomógł w komunikacji z gospodarzem i okazało się, że klucze sa do odbioru w biurze a nie na miejscu rezerwowanego pokoju. Brak informacji o sposobie zapłaty za pobyt. Pieniądze nie zostały pobrane z karty, konieczna była płatność na miejscu. Oczekiwano płatności gotówką. Musieliśmy długo czekać aż przyjedzie pan z terminalem do płatności kartą. Pokój od strony śmietników, czego nie było widać na zdjęciach w ofercie. Mało naczyń - kubków, szklanek, sztućców

Im großen und ganzen ein schönes , sauberes Apartment. Sehr schöne große Außenanlage , mehrere Schwimmbecken.

Pros: Apartment gemütlich , 2 separate Bäder . Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine vorhanden Sehr sauber . Große Schlafräume

Cons: Leider kein Kabelfernsehen, nur übers Internet separat zu erwerben . Es stand ein Bartisch ohne einen einziger Bahrstuhl . Mussten daher Couch und Couchtisch für die Mahlzeiten nutzen. Ein Badezimmer ließ sich nicht abschließen.
