Nessebar and Holiday Fort Apartments

Wonderful holiday.

Pros: Cleanliness of the complex, beautiful grounds and lovely apartment.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The territory has all the conditions for recreation. The pools are clean, the food in the restaurant is tasty, the portions are large, the restaurant employees speak different languages, and the prices are affordable. Employees are polite. The rooms are clean. Hygiene products are available and towels in the bathroom. 20-30 minutes to the sea. I recommend!💙💛

Cons: The only thing is that the handle in the washing machine was broken

Pros: Secure.Can only get in with using a magnetic key at the gate. There is also a security guard. Reception office is right next to the building. Pool view. I think there is 5 or 6 pools among the buildings…ours seemed to be the biggest with a slide.Working AC in both the bedroom and the living room.Double balcony.Kitchen was fully fitted - toaster,kettle,microwave,plates,cups,glasses,mugs,pots,pans,utensils. A coffee machine would have made it perfect. Towels were changed once / after the 3rd day. On site there is one restaurant (morning coffee place for me). At the next complex ,which is a few mins walk away,there is another restaurant where we went every night for dinner. Reasonable selection,good prices,English speaking waiters/waitresses. Two small shops within a few hundred meters. Very good WI-FI. Right opposite an Aquapark.

Cons: Reception is only opened between 8am-4.30pm. If you arrive out of these hours it’s not clear how to get in (in our case the key was left with the security guard which we weren’t notified about and the guard luckily saw us walking up&down and asked whether I was the person whose name was on an envelope with the key in).In case of any issue you have to wait to get it sorted (we had a missing shower door(!) and leaking bojler when we arrived around 8pm)so I had to wait till the next day to notify. It was fixed while we were out at the beach- gave permission to the handy man to enter,otherwise they’d have waited till we were in so I guess not too bad after all. Gym was supposedly be opened every day but you could only enter if you went to the other complex’s reception to get the key. It didn’t seem to worth the effort to march between the receptions and the gym itself so we didn’t use it. 4th floor,no lift - wasn’t a big issue for us but for some people it could be difficult to climb up and down multiple times a day. Sofa bed was ok but the bed in the bedroom was uncomfortably soft (extra mattress on the base mattress but smaller 🫤). Also not fitted sheets but just one thrown on. Pillows are extremely flat so bring your own if you can! Chairs at the dining room table were beige and quite dirty. It’s about 20 mins walk from the beach. Bins were only emptied once during our 7-night stay.

Hotel is good for what you pay.

Pros: Lots of sunbeds, pools nice bar. Relaxed atmosphere. Free library where you can swap books

Cons: The walk into Sunny Beach is not that nice having to cross over a busy road, there is a bridge to the left ( in the wrong direction. Going to the right you can cross the road when its less busy. Its in Sunny Beach not a very pleasant resort for me. Better options (in order) are Sozopol, Nessebar, Burgas is suprisingly nice with the sea gardens and beaches.

Pros: The complex has 4 swimming pools and restaurant. Kids were happy. Close to aquapark.

Pros: Ne-am simțit foarte bine, copiii s-au bucurat de piscinele aflate pe teritoriu. Teritoriu foarte curat si îngrijit, recomand cu încredere 👍🏻

Pros: המלון זה בניין דירות. הינו 2 משפחות. כול אחד לקחנו בנפרד 2 חדרים + סלון והיה 2 שירותים. הניקיון טוב מאד. צוות המלון נדיב, חייכני וזמין מ 8 עד 19 כל יום. בחור בשם סטניסלב ובחורה טוניה (לא זוכרת שם מדויק) היו ממש מקסימים. גם החלפת כסף מּמש צמוד למלון. מכולת גם צמודה. במתחם יש 7 בריכות או יותר. המקום מאד נקי ומטופח. מאד אהבנו ואם נגיע לעיר בטח נקח את המלון הזה

Cons: רחוק מטיילת והים. סופרמרקט גדול נמצא 10 דק מהמלון. צריך לעבוד דרך הגשר. אל תעברו דרך הכביש, אלא רק דרך הגשר ככה יותר בטיחותי. 20 דק לטיילת והים

Rodzinnie, kameralnie, spokojnie.

Pros: Duzy apartament, dużo zieleni i kilka różnych basenów. Brak tłoku i walki o leżaki. Restauracja na miejscu z jedzeniem na 4/5. Spokój i poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Niedaleko market w stylu polskiej Żabki.

Cons: Nie wiedzieliśmy na który apartament trafimy. Zdjęcia sa pomieszane z dwóch oddzielnych, nie jednakowych kompleksów.

Pros: Kuchnia super wyposażona, sypialnia fajna, łazienka ok. Ilość basenów to bardzo duży atut tego miejsca.

Cons: Rozkładana sofa w salonie bardzo niewygodna, bardzo cienki materac, czuć było stelaż. Dwie osoby na pewno się nie wyśpią.
