Mary Beach Resort Premium Apartments

Pros: The apartment is new, beautiful, we received it very clean, comfortable. Equipped with nice furniture. The pool is great with lots of sunbeds. The beach is 20 meters away

Cons: What I missed was the communication before arrival. I wrote several messages on booking about when we would arrive and how we could take over the apartment. I did not receive a response. After a phone call, a lady who did not speak English came. She handed over the apartment, counted all the items and asked for the deposit. She was nice but it was difficult to count the spoons, forks, etc. after a long trip. What was missing was an initial set upon arrival: garbage bags, sponges, detergent, tablets for the machine. There is no parking, only if you are lucky and find one next to the house. When leaving, there is a large inventory, counting spoons, forks, towels. I did not like this. Overall, we are satisfied, but a couple of welcoming gestures would have been good.

Pros: L’appartement est bien agencé, confortable, propre et bien équipé avec lave-vaisselle et lave-linge. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage à 20 m et la piscine est superbe avec transats. La personne qui nous a remis les clefs ne parle que le bulgare mais est très agréable et souriante.

Cons: Nous avons eu l’appartement 8B et il ne donnait pas sur la piscine comme vu sur les photos Booking mais sur un terrain en friche au 1 er etage. Il est géré par une société qui demande une caution de 300€ à l’arrivée en espèces. Il n’y a rien à votre arrivée (sacs poubelles, éponge, pastille lave-vaisselle) aucun produit de première nécessité. Un gros problème de stationnement car malgré le mois de septembre, aucune place dans la rue ou à proximité de la résidence.

Cons: Друге спальне місце (диван) не дуже зручне для дорослого , можливо треба підкрутити конструкцію розкладного механізму.

Cons: Перше враження можна створити лише раз! Професійні отельєри це розуміють, тому намагаються його створити додатковими плюшками, як то - безкоштовне мило, зубна щітка чи шампунь. У Румунії на Мамая Біч у нас навіть кава, чай і цукерки були - і це запам'яталось! А тут ми запам' ятали, що коли втомлені від доби у автівці у 21:00 заселились у апартаменти і не знайшли НІЧОГО! - навіть туалетного папіру, який навіть купити у цей час у незнайомому місті ти просто не взмозі! Це, нажаль і створило \
