Prestige Fort Beach - Full Board

Pros: Another fantastic stay at Prestige Fort Beach. Immaculate gardens, beautiful views, great food, peaceful location and attentive, professional staff. There really isn't anything to dislike about this venue and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable holiday to Bulgaria!

Great stay with the family. Recommended.

Pros: Excellent choice when having kids. The pool is just outside of the apartments. It is nice looking, clean and having a good temperature. The apartment was well equipped and well situated. The personel at the reception addressed every wish we had. The parking lot works well with keycard and always having space. We had a great time there with kids. Superb selection of food of really every kind during breakfast, lunch and dinner. We have tried a lot of new and delicious meals. The bed in the bed room was comfortable. The evironment is very safe, nothing has disappeared even if it was left outside but within the apparment park which is a closed area for residents.

Cons: Only complaint we had with having ants constantly that however was attempted to treat but they kept coming back. The aparment staff addressed this issue immediately when we indicated the need. The sofa was good enough for the kids to sleep on but it would have been very killing for adults. This was not indicated to the staff because the kids were ok with it during the week.

Good, but it needs some adjustments!

Pros: The food is good, but breakfast was repetitive! Very clean allover.

Cons: The location is advertised disabled friendly, but is not able to access the beach as a disabled person. The beach is not free. We had to pay for the sun beds and umbrela. The access to the beach is hazardous, with screws sticking out of the wooden steps.

Pros: Excellent food!! You can't eat that much. You always have something to choose from. Big and clean pools! In our area there was no noise and you could swim even at night. It was great! The beach is very beautiful (you can choose from many) but you have to pay, it is said to be a public beach. Clean and calm water, golden sand!

Cons: The people! Too many Ukrainians… we have nothing against them (we are against the war!!) but they were very uncivilized. And the other Slavic nations too. We don't like kids doing whatever they want on juice robomat and icecream...someone should be there to watch them! We saw people who licked the spoon we all put the food in and then put it back! We paid a lot of money but they didn't clean our room, I know it's written when you book the room, but I haven't seen this rule anywhere else (especially at a full board or all inclusive hotel). We don’t go on vacantions to clean like at home. The room! It was very small, they lied in the description: it says it's 30 square meters, but it's 15 (my husband measured it), and it's full of furniture that you don't need in a full board hotel: big fridge, any furniture you can imagine, you basically have everything, but no space. We didn't need those things, we needed a nice room (like in the presentation pictures!!) The shower was also very small, I'm a small person, but it was hard to shower…absolutely no space! The staff did not speak even basic English, except for the people at the reception. It's 2024 and we are EU countries! If we'll return? Yes: for the beach, food, pools. No: for the people and room.

A perfect seaside getaway with delicious food and excellent service

Pros: The location is fantastic – right on the beach, with beautiful sea views and easy access to both the sea and the pool area. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and everything freshly prepared. The staff were always friendly and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The whole complex is well-maintained and very clean. This was our 5th visit to Premier/Prestige Fort, it was a perfect holiday experience, and we would definitely come back again!

Great place for a summer vacation

Pros: Almost everything was great. The location is nice, the staff is friendly, the food is great, everything is clean. Lots of facilities for children. The sea is near and swimming pools are good too. Apartments are spacious. Free parking. And really good value for its price.

Cons: Wi-Fi connection was a bit fragile despite the router being in the apartments. The speed was fine, but the connection disappeared sometimes.

Pros: Bardzo przyjemny i mało zatłoczony hotel blisko morza. Dostaliśmy lepszy pokój niż w naszej rezerwacji:) Pyszne posiłki serwowane w sąsiednim hotelu. Duży i czysty basen z leżakami i parasolami.
