Pros: Best view ever! Big apartment, easy check-in and check-out, very good communication with the host , very good money value.
Cons: Just small things like no hands soap and shower gel. Pretty challenging to find a parking spot. Still a solid 10.

1 bed apartment with sea view
Pros: Fabulous view. Well equipped. Good location for beach and restaurants and use of pool. Would stay again.
Cons: Apartment a little tired. Oven not working although alternative supplied. Could not find wifi code initially but owner replied quickly, found it later when I dropped something on the floor. Air conditioners noisy, but better than nothing.

Pros: Great location for the beach, quiet neighbour's, lovely views. Excellent communication from the owner, and a lovely, and helpful cleaner!

Great view, but that’s about it.
Pros: The view and that it has a pool and a restaurant close by.
Cons: The furniture and appliances are old and used; mosquitoes nest and curtains are missing and there are a lot of bugs coming into the apartment; cleaning was done superficially when we checked in we found spiders, spider webs, dirt on the bathroom floor; there are no carpets and the floor tiles are very slippery especially for a small kid running out of the shower with wet feet; the wood on the balcony is old and rotted and started to fall apart which made us very anxious every time the little one got close to the balcony edge; the wifi exists but is unusable: it is extremely slow, slower than dial-up, you can’t even load a Google page and the mobile phone signal is also very low, therefore you can’t even use your phone as a hotspot.

Der Ausblick sticht
Pros: Was die Lage und Aussicht betrifft, so ist dieses Apartment über jeden Zweifel erhaben. Der kleine Strand direkt unten ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Günstige Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter.
Cons: Ein wenig sauberer hätte es dann doch sein dürfen. ( Ofen) Dem Wohnzimmer fehlt ganz klar eine Lampe am Schlafsofa. Die Steckdosen müssen dringend einmal überarbeitet werden!!! Das Holzgeländer vom Balkon... Uijuijui

A fost perfect pentru un concediu in familie!
Pros: Amplasarea, locatia a fost de vis, langa mare, o vedere superba, mai ales ca am prins si luna plina care se oglindea in mare...Este apropae tot ce ai nevoie intr-un concediu, mare, piscina, restaurante, tot.
Cons: Curatenia s-ar fi putut face mai bine, pe jos era mizerie, insa au fost ustensile si ne-am descurcat cu curatenia. Un alt inconvenient a fost parcarea, a trebuit sa las masina departe de locatie deoarece sunt blocatoare peste tot si in plus daca nu lasi unde trebuie masina ti-o ridica.

Apartmán v Dolce Vita odporúčam, pokiaľ tam nejdete vlastným autom.
Pros: Komunikácia s majiteľom bola bezproblémová. Deň pred príchodom sme do mailu dostali kód na otvorenie apartmánu. Všetko prebehlo v poriadku. Výhľad z apatmánu je fantastický. Apartmán bol zariadený dostatočne, nič nám nechýbalo. Obe izby boli veľmi pokojné. Jediný problém sme mali s parkovaním.
Cons: Nakoľko som vedel, že na dovolenku pôjdeme s autom, ubytovanie som vyberal aj podľa dostupnosti parkovania. V ponuke cez booking bolo uvedené, že parkovacie miesta pred objektom sú voľné. Deň pred odchodom som dostal informáciu, že parkovacie miesta boli v zime predané a po príchode si budem musieť hladať parkovanie. Len problém je, že voľné parkovacie miesta boli väčšinou obsadené. Na miestach, kde som parkoval som 1x dostal upozornenie, že zavadziam iným autám, 1x mi zodvihli všetký stierače. Deň pred odchodom som parkoval na príjazdovej ceste, medzi asi ďalšími 5 autami. Cca. po 2 hodinách som zistil, že naše auto odtiahli. Bol to stres hlavne z dôvodu, že som sa obával, že auto bolo ukradnuté a nie odtiahnuté.

Pros: Уникален, фантастичен апартамент със зашеметяваща веранда с фронтална гледка море. Невероятен апартамент на първа линия над източния плаж на Св.Влас с всичко необходимо , кухня, прибори, удобни легла и матраци
Cons: Няма нищо, всичко е идеално, прекарахме незабравимо.
