Brand New Downtown Apartment

Good apartment with great location

Pros: Pretty good apartment with great central location. Kitchen is good equipped for longer stay. Great communication with the host.

Cons: The apartment is smaller than it looks on the pictures. The bedroom has only wardrobe and bedroom and no other furniture to leave your stuff. Except this everything was great.

It was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very clean and modern. The bedroom was nice and the sofa is also comfortable to use as a bed. The location is right next to the city centre as well so this made it very easy to explore the city whilst living close by. The host was also very helpful and responded swiftly to all our messages, I would definitely recommend this property :)

Pros: Локацията. Апартаментът е разположен в близост до центъра и до плажа.

Cons: Паркирането. Но това е проблем за Варна, така че го очаквахме.

Sehr schickes Apartment in absolut zentraler Lage

Pros: Modernes und schick eingerichetetes Apartment in zentraler Lage und schönem Ausblick inkl. Meerblick. Die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche lässt kaum Wünsche übrig. Das Bad ist ebenfalls neu und schick. Die Lage in eine ruhigen Seitenstraße ist top, innerhalb 5-10 Minuten ist man an den Hotspots oder Restaurants in der Umgebung. Das Gebäude ist nicht sehr hellhörig und hat einen modernen Aufzug. Die Klimaanlagen waren für die Zimmer ausreichend, nur bis Mittags scheint Sonne auf die Fenster.

Cons: Auf dem TV konnten wir keine deutschen Sender schauen, ARD App war nicht verfügbar, ZDF App ließ kein Streaming aus dem Land zu. Airplay nicht möglich. Am Abfluß unter dem Badezimmer-Waschbecken ist leichter Schimmel, weshalb es in der schließbaren Schublade modrig und unangenehm roch. Das sollte aber einfach zu reparieren sein. Die Temperatur am Warmwasserspeicher könnte 5 Grad niedriger eingestellt werden, da man sich in der Küche oder im Bad schnell die Finger oder mehr verbrennt, da die Hebel schnell von kalt auf sehr heiß wechseln.

Pros: Self check-in was seamless, and property hosts available. It was conveniently located for public transportation. 5 minute walk to the main walking and shopping area.

Great stay in Varna.

Pros: The location was excellent. Availability of on street parking before 6 pm via Varna parking app. The apartment was nice and clean. The building was quiet and easily accessible. Good communication with the owner. AC units worked great during historic heatwave.

Cons: Not much, all good.

הנאה אחת גדולה.

Pros: דירה ממש במרכז העיר. קרובה לים. נקיה. כניסה נוחה ולא מסורבלת.

Pros: Местоположението на апартамента е супер. На 2 минути от ФК, морската градина и цялата централна част. Чистотата беше 6+, което напоследък е рядкост. Снежно бели чаршафи и кърпи, миришещи на чисто. Всичко необходимо в кухнята и банята.

Cons: Няма закачалки за връхни дрехи в антрето :) Но естествено, това е най-малкия проблем., защото всичко друго беше чудесно.
