Great location, great host, good price.
Pros: The apartment is next to the beach, 5 minutes, because we need to cross the street. It is big, clean, the air conditioner was working well, which was needed in the humid weather. The host was very kind and helpful when we could only arrive later than the expected time.
Cons: Nothing negative in the apartment. We found inconvenient the missing or very few waste bins in the city.

Pros: Apartment in great location, near to the beach, walking distance from city center. Very clean and tidy, nicely designed with all needed equipment. The owner very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Pros: Fantastic! 10 out of 10! The location is perfect , the furnishing of the apartment is excellent with all the amenities you need and a lot more. The place is safe and secure and very well maintained. Beds are immaculately clean as are the linen and towels. Checking in and out was made very simple and communication with the owners was proffesional and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again in the future. Extra bonus of water and wine left for us in the fridge too. Thank you so very much for helping make our holiday to Varna even more special.

Pros: The host was incredibly polite and helpful. The apartment was well set up and we had everything we needed, from kitchen roll to washing up capsules. There was a little issue with the toilet and it was very promptly sorted, above and beyond our expectations. The parking was a real bonus for the area. We had a lovely stay! Thank you!

Confort and convenience but poor bed mattress
Pros: Firstly, the location is an absolute gem for beach lovers. Being so close to the beach made my daily walks and swims incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The apartment itself is a spacious and modern retreat, the design and layout are aesthetically pleasing. One of the highlights for me was the impressive array of amenities, for example washing machine and a dishwashing machine, coffee machine and tea maker. The air conditioning throughout the apartment was a godsend, especially during hot summer days, ensuring a consistently pleasant temperature indoors. Not to mention, having TVs in both the living area and the bedroom was a nice touch, offering entertainment options for different preferences.
Cons: Regrettably, I must also share a downside to my stay at this apartment. While there were numerous positive aspects, there was one significant issue that affected our overall experience. The bed in the bedroom was excessively soft, to the point where it became uncomfortable. The mattress appeared to be of poor quality, likely due to overuse, which compromised its support and firmness. Unfortunately, this situation made it impossible for us to sleep comfortably in the bedroom. Despite the apartment's many positive attributes, this particular issue was quite disappointing and impacted the quality of our rest during the stay.

Pros: Location, reserved parking, well equipped and clean appartment.
Cons: Someone may feel uncomfortable with the parking in building’s patio ( too narrow). But there are options outside the building.

Pros: Très bel appartement, situé à quelques mètres de la plage, et une dizaine de minutes à pied du centre ville. Hébergement très bien équipé, avec de nombreuses petites attentions qui font vraiment plaisir (café, thé, chocolat chaud, vin, pastilles lave-vaisselle et lave-linge disponibles, de nombreuses serviettes de bains, ...). Un parking est disponible dans la cour intérieur de l'immeuble. Un peu étroit pour les manoeuvres, mais très appréciable dans cette ville très fréquentée l'été.
Cons: Rien, c'était parfait.

Най-доброто място за отсядане във Варна
Pros: Хостът беше помислил за всичко до най-малкият детайл. Апартаментът е чист, светъл и просторен. Налично е всичко, което може да бъде необходимо. Определено е най-доброто, което може да се намери във Варна спрямо съотношение цена-качество. Плажът и центърът са много близо. Освен това в радиус от само няколко метра има магазини, пекарни, ресторанти, автобусни спирки, а ако сте със деца морска гара е на около 5 мин пеша. Хостът ни беше много любезен и беше готов да откликне при нужда. За радост нямаше необходимост от нищо допълнително, защото това, от което вече може да се нуждаете е налично. В самата сграда има и скрито бижу, което допринася за това да се пренесеш в магията на стария град и да оцениш цялото преживяване. Идваме във Варна всяка година и това ще остане мястото, което ще резервираме за напред.
Cons: Всичко беше повече от перфектно. Не мисля, че има нещо, което не ни хареса.

Pros: We were family of four. The apartment is very clean and spacious enough. It has all necessary equipment for staying week long like fully equipped kitchen, including coffee machine and compliments as coffee, tea etc. It has its own parking spot which is great benefit considering the area. It is very close to the beach (5 min walk) and sea garden and lot of places to eat and have fun. We'll definitely come back when we visit the city

Отличные апартаменты. Обязательно вернемся
Pros: Останавливаемся в этих апартаментах уже 3ий раз. Всем очень довольны. Достаточно места для проживания четырех человек. Есть все необходимое. Чистота в апартаментах и подъезде. Свой паркинг. Подарок от хозяина бутылка вина и воды. Месторасположение отличное. Рядом парк, набережная, пляжи, морской порт со множеством баров и ресторанов, аттракционов. Обязательно сюда вернемся.
