Classic and New brand Apartment San Stefano 9

Pros: It’s truly a very clean and beautiful place. The woman on the phone was very helpful. I highly recommend it.

Pros: The place is lovely, feels like you're at home. I would definitely come back again.

Pros: Very nicely designed! Seems like it’s brand new, very clean and tidy.

Cons: The couch in the kitchen is not enough for a third adult I think, still for a kid would be great.

Pros: The location is very good Inside was nice and clean, all new furniture, easy and quick check in.

Cons: The host should put a net or something on the windows to prevent bugs and flies coming in.

Perfect apartment

Pros: Everything was great! The apartment is the same as it is on pictures - comfortable, beautiful, clean, quiet and located perfectly. The sofa isn’t big, but it’s ok for people nearly 1,5-1,6m hight. There is everything you need for comfort living. Wi-fi is fast.

great stay

Pros: it looks exactly like the photos. it’s a great place to stay and everything was super clean. the host was very flexible as well and allowed me to do a later check out. I was there in home office and the internet worked great.

Easter Holidays in Varna

Pros: Best location. San Stefano is great. Newly renovated apartment, safe door, best interior design living room, best lighting. Assorted vintage design kitchen appliances, best kitchen furniture, cutlery and all necessary for cooking (+Tefal pan in drawer under oven). Best fridge. Best espresso machine. Best internet, best quality smart TV + Netflix and Disney+ Amazon Tv. Best interior bathroom, copper fitting+ white marble+ good fiber wood. Best boiler. Ever. Great bedroom interior, bed is like a fuzzy cloud. CBA close, shops across building and around, restaurants, churches. We managed ourselves and left the location tidy after 9 days. Thank you!

Cons: -as Easter Good Friday - as full advance payment for 8 nights+ despite my early request email on 27th March/ no reply + early train travel 6 hours Check In was refused from 1200h to1400h so we had to walk around our trollers for 2 hours. Unkind. We managed. but UNKIND. - Bad smell of molded wet mops in bathroom. - note spring time cold weather interior temp will not be compensated enough by Air conditioner used on Heating. - Washing machine didn`t work, we hand washed the apt`s towels and our stuff... on Easter holidays... - No back up sheets & towels & TP, we had to buy garbage bags and toilet paper. We managed. but unkind. - We aired, mopped daily and took out garbage ourselves, as no contact for 9 days. - need to address bathroom`s doorframe, bedroom closet drawers and mirror.

Pros: The design of the apartment was really nice. Fun with the colours etc. Quality of furniture and appliances is very good.

Cons: Seemed like they are still renovating the place some small details like edging weren't finished. The heating unit for the apartment didn't seem to work. But there was a small heat fan we could use which worked for now when it's not to cold.

Perfect location,private and quiet and close to everything.

Pros: Perfect location,walking distance to everything,both train station and city centre, a shop just across the street. The apartment was warm and cozy,the bed was very comfortable as well. I recommend it and I hope to be back again.
