Pros: We absolutely loved this apartment! The view from the terrace is stunning and you can enjoy your coffee and beer here Zoran is a fantastic host! Very friendly & helpful, made us feel like home The parking spot is a real bonus because parking is quite hard in Varna And the place is just as in the photos, you have everything you need, beds are confortable, water pressure is good, enough space for 4 people

Pros: A rotunda part of the living room, overseeing west, where sun lands far behind the Asparuh's bridge and the ancient Roman thermaes below. A place that gently mixes history, time, nations and modern comfort. I was impressed - by everything in this place. Words are rarely not sufficient to describe how good a place can be. Luxurious kitchen, hardwood, tiles etc 2 blocks from the Varna garden and the beach with excellent restaurants. Has a garage for a car. I can just move-in ; )

Exceptional apartment, location and host. Book, book book!

Pros: Everything about our stay was exceptional. I will be recommending the apartment to friends and family and hope to come back as one night was not enough!! Zoran was the best host I’ve ever experienced. He met us, helped us up with our luggage, showed us how everything worked and regularly checked we had everything we needed. The facilities, view, location were again all exceptional. Thank you very much. It was such a positive start to a few days on the Black Coast with my parents. :-)

Pros: Изключително гостоприемен домакин,като разбра че пристигаме с влак дойде да ни посрещне на гарата.Жилището е на 5 минути пеша от гарата и 8 минути пеша от плажа .Топ локация ,с невероятна гледка.Самия апартамент е много голям и просторен,изключително удобни спални и възглавници.Има асансьор и гараж,сградата е нова и много чиста.Със сигурност ще се върнем пак,и препоръчвам на приятели.Топ локация ,голям просторен чисто с невероятна гледка,и супер домакин.Давам 10ка

Pros: O apartamento foi perfeito para acomodar quatro pessoas. Boa localização para caminhadas aos pontos turísticos, a restaurantes. A garagem, para um carro de médio porte, facilita muito para quem está motorizado. A gentileza do anfitrião, que reside no mesmo edifício, garante uma estadia tranquila e segura.

Pros: Всичко беше чудесно, домакина е много любезен и приятелски настроен. Имота се намира на много удобно и приятно място във Варна, квартала е тих, приветлив и спокоен.

Pros: The apartment offered top conditions , spacious and very good view in an central position achieved by 5 min walk. The owner very friendly and keen to offer a gteat stay for the guests . I have been accomodated in both locations of the owner , in the same building . It has been offered garage parking for the car , which is a huge extra for the location , considering the public parking around the location . I can highly recommend and definetly i will book it for future stays again.
