a pleasant accommodation that is worth the money

Pros: the apartment was large, clean and well equipped; good quality mattresses and pillows; the host's instructions were very useful and complete;

Cons: in the basement of the building where we were accommodated is a karaoke club from where, occasionally, the sound of music can be heard during the night; small problems with the water drainage in the shower cabins in the bathrooms; it is not attributable to the property but those who come with their own car should know that finding a parking space in the area can be very difficult

Very good location in the center of Varna!

Pros: It was clean, located in the center so you have everything near to you, and fast replies by host.

Pros: Thank you Chris,for hosting us in an appartment that feels like home! We had an urgent flight so I booked the property just before arrival and don't regret. Very cosy in a quiet central neighborhood, close to walking area, restaurant and shops. There's everything you need: big fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, hairdryer, all kind of dishes,AC in each room, electric blinds. The sofa in a living room fits for a tall person, very comfortable,as a shower rooms: spacious and high. First floor(like second) in a shady street not a lot of sun which is great in a summer time I believe. We were 3 adults and two 3 year old kids, there was enough space for everyone. I put a mattress on the floor so they won't fall down.

Cons: The only unpleasant thing which didn't bother us a lot but might not suit for people with an allergy to smoke: when neighbors smoke in their kitchen and turn on the hood, the smell appears in our apartment, so we need to turn on the hood too. However in general there's no smoke smell in the apartment.

Pros: The accommodation was excellent. The apartment has everything you need, it is very clean, spacious and welcoming.

Pros: Awesome apartment, felt very comfortable and new furnishings. Particularly the bed was very nice, very big balconies and you can actually see the sea which is pleasant in Varna sunny morning. Very happy overall with the apartment!

Ein modernes, sauberes Apartment in Top‑Lage nahe Fußgängerzone und Sea Garden

Pros: In der Nähe des Stadtzentrums (Varna City-Centre), der Fußgängerzone am Slivnitsa-Boulevard und des Eingangs zum Meeresgarten, sodass alles nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt war.

Cons: Wenn unsere Nachbarn in ihrer Küche rauchen und die Abzugshaube anmachen, scheint der Geruch in unser Appartement zu ziehen. Wir müssen dann ebenfalls die Abzugshaube anmachen.

Locație perfectă pentru concediu. Recomand cu toată încrederea.

Pros: Confort, curățenie, tot ce este necesar acasă se găsește la locație!

Cons: Nimic de reproșat.
