Spacerem 10minut na miejską plażę. Pomocny i uprzejmy gospodarz Borys. Mieszkanie w cichej i spokojnej okolicy. W mieszkaniu znajduje się pralko suszarka dzięki której można sobie odświeżyć ręczniki i kostiumy po plażowaniu.
