Great place to crash after a day at the beach

Pros: Wonderful location, great host Stefka who made sure we had everything we needed. The place has a communal kitchen that we used to make coffee and breakfast. Everything was just lovely and the place is well maintained and recently renovated.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The landlord is a very nice lady, taking care of everyone's comfort

Pros: I very rarely write reviews, but the hostess was so amazing that I have to make an exception. I was supposed to be in Sozopol and Booking displayed the property as if it was there, but it was the same address in Chernomorets instead. Either way I chose to stay here and take a 5 km commute to Sozopol as it was close enough. The hostess was lovely at greeting me and offered me a ride with her car to Sozopol! I would have never expected such kindness! She was very friendly and talkative and I learned that she had exposure to life outside of Bulgaria, so she would be very easy to talk to for expats. The flat was clean, freshly renovated and the location was very close to the Chernomorets beach and Sozopol too (5 min bus or car ride). I would say it was very cheap for the value I got and I would heavily recommend her for anyone considering a stay in Chernomorets or even Sozopol. I will definitely book here in the future again if I am in the area. Indisputable 10/10

Pros: Alles was tiptop geregeld. De gastvrouw is heel leuk en regelt alles voor je. Ook lekker gegeten en gedronken en de hele avond zitten kletsen! Kleren gewassen en ze heeft ons met haar auto naar de bushalte gebracht. Prachtige kamers voor zo weinig geld is ongelofelijk! Binnenplaats met grote open keuken en langwerpige tafel is enig!

Тихо и спокойно място близо до плажа.

Pros: Много чиста стая, тихо и спокойно. Домакинята беше много мила и ме насочи към близки магазини и заведения. Плажът е на 3-4мин пеша.

Pros: Прекрасно изживяване, чисто и уютно. Любезен и учтив екип!

Cons: Няма нищо, което да не ни хареса. Ще посетим отново, с по-дълъг престой!

Pros: A szállás a képeknek megfelelő, nagyon jól hűt a klíma. A szállásadó egy nagyon kedves, barátságos, nyitott, segítőkész hölgy :-)

Pros: Къщата за гости е на тиха улица близо до плажа, уютна, с атмосфера. Стаята е обзаведена с интересни мебели и е стилна. В градината има всякакви удобства. Стопанката Стефка е приветлива.

Pros: Много мила и отзивчива домакиня, която се грижи с много любов за престоя на гостите. Уютни помещения и разкошна градина с кухня, маси и кафемашина е на разположение на всички гости. Дори ни закара с кола до плаж \

Cons: Две стъклени чаши за вода в стаята би било добре да има на разположение.
