A bit more expensive and out of the way than I'd like, other than that - perfect

Pros: Spacious living room/kitchen, as well as a small terrace included with a side section so you can both use it normally AND hang up clothes to dry.

Cons: The hot water tank might not be enough if you are more than 2 people and/or you like really hot+long showers. It was OK for us (2 men).
