Best of the best! Must if you are in the area.

Pros: Perfect place to stay and enjoy your vocation. Absolutely excellent location and communication with the owner. Very clean, comfortable beds and everything you need to cook and dine inside, if you wanted to. Probably my top 5 in places I’ve visited. Would definitely recommend and stay again in my next visit.

Pros: Todo ! Casa muy bonita con vistas al mar en pleno Nesebar antiguo . No le falta detalle para hacer la estancia agradable . Muy limpia . Muy cuidada . Salón y comedor con vistas al mar y patio lleno de flores con mesa sillas y toldo. Dueños encantadores y pendientes en todo momento . Está en zona de tráfico protegido pero el dueño se acerca a la barrera de entrada y se entra con el hasta la misma puerta de la casa para descargar . Luego hay que dejar el coche en el parking de la entrada de la ciudad . Para la salida y cargar el coche hay que hacer lo mismo ( ir a recoger el Coche al parking con el dueño y entrar con el coche el la ciudad hasta la puerta de la casa ) .

Sehr angenehm

Pros: Typisches Haus mitten in der Altstadt von Nesebar. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter! Zwei Dinge sollte man vielleicht wissen: in jedem Stock ist ein Bad, beide sind aber wirklich klein (man duscht quasi tw. Über dem WC), auch die Küche eher klein, aber alles nötige ist vorhanden. Es gibt jedoch kein Lebensmittel Geschäft in der Altstadt, zumindest konnten wir keines finden. Wenn man sich selbst verpflegen will, empfiehlt es sich alles mitzubringen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, der Blick über das Meer ist sehr schön und wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Topverblijf in een bijzondere locatie

Pros: Zeer praktisch huis met prachtig zicht op zee, middenin het schilderachtig mooie oude stadgedeelte van Nesebar, wat eigenlijk een klein schiereiland op zich is. Je kan niet beter zitten. Je kijkt je ogen uit in de vele gezellige straatjes en het ene restaurant na het andere waar je kan dineren tot soms wel vlak boven de zee. Heb je kids dan is het spectaculaire aquapark wat verderop natuurlijk een must. Met 4 slaapkamers, Wifi, airco, TV's overal, 2 douches, 2 toiletten, een terrasje, binnenkoer, wasmachine en een living boven die ook nog eens een TV en extra keuken heeft, is dit het ideale verblijf voor een gezin of eventueel zelfs 2 gezinnen. Grote plus zijn de superlieve eigenaars die vlakbij zitten en graag helpen waar nodig. Georgi haalde ons zelfs op en bracht ons terug naar de luchthaven. Topervaring!

Pros: Уникална къща, уникални домакини! Мястото е в сърцето на Стария град. Жоро и жена му са толкова слънчеви и отзивчиви, благодарим им за всичко. За съжаление нямахме достатъчно време да се насладим на къщата на 100 %, поради тази причина ще посетим отново със сигурност 😊
