Our family enjoyed the stay and maybe we come back

Pros: Was nice the rooms was big , large swimming pools.

Cons: The cleaners didn’t came to clean properly the apartment

Amazing

Pros: The food was great, different everyday, the pools were big, there were slides that were four hours per day, the cleaning staff came daily

Cons: The beach was very small, they should invest in making it bigger

Very nice place for a family holiday

Pros: The staff were very nice, the food was surprisingly good, the view was very nice too.....

Cons: The drains in the bathroom stinked and there were not enough sunbeds around the pool ( it was a issue every day)

Pros: One of the most beautiful hotels I've been in Bulgaria. The hotel is on the same level as a five star hotel🤩 Clean nice pools large and spacious rooms. good quality of food ,enough for everyone. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. All inclusive Perfect location just one minute to the beach 🏖️ The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned every day. Even if you don't want cleaning, they leave clean towels and napkins in front of your door.💖 Thank you to the manager Mr. Beyhan for the attention and help👏🏻

Relaxing, beachfront experience

Pros: The location is perfect, very quiet and clean. Two very big pools- it is not crowded and you are able to relax.

Cons: The ladies that were cleaning the rooms were chatting and screaming very loud, and we were not able to sleep, but after a quick remark- they stopped.

Pros: Excellent holiday destination! Everything is fine! Thank you!

Pros: Close to the sea, nice area with swimming pools. Nice service people.

Cons: If you do not have car, it is difficult to reach the closest villages, cities. There is taxi service. They do not speak english or very poor. At the arriving they did not accept EURO to pay. Probably we arrived at the very early season.

Pros: The room was very good, and the hotel has a lot of opportunity, pool, location was excelent.

Cons: The dinner was cold, and the pecara was not fresh. In the kichen there wasnt any spoon, fork, glass and so on.

Great holiday

Pros: The pool is very clean and perfect for kids and families. The room was very big and comfortable. The beds are nice and comfortable. We had a very spacious terrace with a perfect view of the pool and the sea as well. The food was ok too. The kitchenette is not equipped, but it was never advertised otherwise, plus we read the reviews, so never expected anything, we just brought everything we needed. The rooms are cleaned every morning, the towels are also changed on a need to basis, you need to leave the towels on the floor so they know you need clean ones.

Cons: A lot of unsupervised kids/teenagers from what i guess were summer camps, a bit annoying in the restaurant, because they weren't following any rules, they were very noisy, getting food on the floor, but that has nothing to do with the resort itself. I read comments that the employees do not clean the floor, but I saw them cleaning after each meal every table with disinfectant and the floor as well, so it is not their fault as it is the tourists that are very messy.

Pros: writing as an ex-hotel guide Easy to go from Burgas airport - 30 min by bus to Alehoy and after even by walk is 20-30 min * very big hotel * very good in it's category * relaxing area * everything is closed by walk within the hotel * beautiful garden cleaned every day * right next to the beach *2 huge pools * shop * good for jogging in the area * basic gym but good for doing regular sport, good size and with air conditionaire * room is very clean, room and balcony are good size * beautiful sea / side - see view * foods are very delicious and fresh * perfect to visit with children in any age * people working in the hotel are very friendly and helpful, speaking good English at the reception ❤️
