Best place we have been this season

Pros: Great value, clean and tidy, best helpful management and good quality for the money. Highly recommend! They move cars only to get us parking spot, food was great and it was only for 10 euros all you can eat.

Cons: Great comfortable room with great view and huge bathroom, brand new ac and furniture. For me 9.5/10

Beautiful stay in immaculate location

Pros: Beautiful position in kiten right at start of village near the south beach . Lovely family atmosphere with a friendly staff team - always immaculately clean . The only place we ever stay in kiten & we come 3 times a year ….

The most amazing time in the most beautiful place

Pros: This place is amazing as is its sister hotel next door - ran by Plamina and her wonderful family . Immaculately clean , good food & so friendly - the only place to stay in Kiten

Cons: Nothing at all we are back in September - our 3rd stay this year that says it all .

Short family vacation on the seaside

Pros: The place is really nice, clean and tidy. We had everything we need during our stay. Personal is polite, even thou the reception was mostly empty. The pool was warm and clean. You can reach the beach in 10 min walk. We were able to park the car without issues. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit it again.

Pros: Reception staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was lovely and very comfortable.

Cons: The breakfast in the restaurant: there was no menu and the waiter could not tell us what was on the menu. We were told that breakfast would be 6lv per person however he charged us almost 30lv (for 2 people) as none of what he offered us was on the 6lv breakfast menu!

Pros: Много добро обслужване и отношение получихме. Въпреки по ранния час на пристигането ни, успяха да ни настанят.

Cons: Единственото не останахме доволни от матрака на леглото. Изключително твърд, все едно си легнал върху дъски.
