Great location, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, restaurant in the lobby.
Pros: Great location: 5–10 minutes to the beach and 15–20 minutes to the Old Town. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff — we arrived early in the morning, expecting only to leave our luggage, but they kindly gave us a room right away — a big thanks for that! Convenient restaurant in the lobby, open all day, with a 10% discount for hotel guests. Shops, cafés, and a vegetable stall nearby. I think I would stay there again if I came back

Good location
Pros: The hotel is located in the new town almost equal in distance to the old town and Sunny Beach. 20 meters away is the bus stop where buses frequently go to the main bus station. At night it's quiet, and the dark blinds are very useful to keep the room cool and dark at night. The hotel has a canteen-style restaurant which runs till late and has good food at nice prices.
Cons: The mattress is too soft.

Cons: The drain in the bathroom wasn’t working, and that’s why the whole bathroom was flooded.

nice hotel, rip-off mindset of staff
Pros: the hotel is excellent but parking is always a problem. I fly back to the uk a lot and mostly use this hotel. but this time i booked it and got a confirmation as normal, it was 65lv. when i arrived the old man at the desk insisted that i pay 90lv/ it was late and i could not be bothered to look for another hotel. i will now never stay there again, nor will any of my vivitors - so they will lose approx 16 nights income due to this one beligerant arse.
Cons: the insistance that i paid 90lv, when my confirmation was for 65lv, plus the attitude of the old man on reception. having stayed there every time i fly to the uk, plus my guests that visit me do too, this will now stop and we will find an alternative. as i paid with cash, i assume he pocketed the balance, which is small minded considering the ramifications he has caused.

Pros: A cozy hotel in a fairly busy location. The beach is 10 mins walk away. In the hotel on the 1st floor there is a cafe with a variety of ready-made dishes including traditional ones. We paid extra for breakfast and it was quite good. There is a paid parking lot next to the hotel - it was convenient to leave the car there. Special mention should be made of the hotel staff - very attentive, helpful and friendly, helped us with all small questions. A good option for a stopover if you are not a fan of large hotels.
Cons: The shower had no walls, it was not very comfortable when the whole floor was left wet. The bed was comfortable, but the bed feet were like specifically designed to meet my foot ))

Pros: We had two wonderful stays at the hotel (once for 4 nights and the second time for 1 night)! The staff was extremely responsive to our questions and requests when choosing a room and amenities! We requested to change rooms and were immediately given access to another room, and on our second stay, we were checked in the morning without any problem. Everything was very comfortable and clean. The location is very good, there are restaurants, bars, an amusement park, a circus, a cultural center \
