Pros: Our stay at the hotel fully met all our expectations and criteria. For us, it was very important to have secure parking, a first-line location, and a beautiful sea view — and this hotel delivered perfectly on all of that. The room was clean, well-maintained, and in very good condition. Everything felt fresh and properly taken care of. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and complete — a great start to the day with plenty of options to choose from. The SPA area deserves special mention: it offers everything you need to truly relax, and it was just as clean and well-organized as the rest of the hotel. Another big advantage for families is the kids’ room located right next to the SPA — extremely convenient for parents who want to enjoy some relaxation while keeping their children close. The staff was excellent — professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Overall, it was a truly well-deserved and enjoyable experience. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: The rooms are spacious, it’s very peaceful due to the secluded location, the staff is attentive and friendly, the pool is clean and the water is warm. Everything in the restaurant (Sacre) was delicious!
Cons: The bed is not very comfortable due to the old mattress and the breakfast can be more varied. All pastries are always cold as they are not in heated compartments.

Great potential. Perhaps the best around Nessebar.
Pros: Clean hotel with good amenities and friendly personal. Great quiet location on the beach. Away from the big overcrowded tourist trap resorts. Tasty, but exactly the same choices of breakfast every morning for 2 weeks. The restaurant is good and with reasonable prices.
Cons: There was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom drains, so we kept the door open. We even used our own drainage cleaner liquid, but it did not help. The toilet flush handle needed to be jiggled in order to stop leaking. The entire first week, the pool water was too cold, so 3 of us had to complain in 3 different days until the temperature was increased to a pleasant level. There were no umbrellas on our top floor open terrace, so there was no protection from sun or rain. Also the clothes maiden /horse was tiny, very unstable and not enough to stretch our dive suits and swim gear to dry. The air-conditioning is placed right above the bed so not very healthy to be undeer constant air current. The TV had no HDMI input so we couldn't use our drive to watch our own content. The hotel is in a remote area but has no e-bikes /scooters for hire.

Cozy, nice hotel
Pros: Spacious room, an excellent SPA with hot jacuzzi and two saunas. Good breakfast and in-house restaurant with tasty and not-so-expensive dishes. Nice pool. The staff was extremely friendly.
Cons: The hotel does not provide shezlongs on the beach.

Lovely big family stay

Pros: The staff were very friendly and always kind and helpful. The room was reasonably well kept and had a good view over the pool and sea. The food in the restaurant was really good, including an impressive spread for breakfast and excellent quality evening meal. There's a lovely beach and park within a few minutes walking.
Cons: WiFi was too slow for teenagers! The bathroom tap was loose and wobbly. Cleaning was patchy; bin was not emptied during the daily clean, but overall good cleanliness.
