Casablanca Hotel - All Inclusive

Pros: The pool and the entertainers were excellent and made the stay enjoyable.

Cons: While the food was a bit cold and not very diverse, and the location could benefit from some further renovations, with a few improvements this place could become much more enjoyable.

Pros: Everything was great. We stayed a week as a family with little kid ( 2 year old girl) and everything was allright. The staff was friendly and helpful , the food was OK and the beach is really close. Worth the money.

Cons: There was wifi but it wasnt working most of the time.

Nice holiday

Pros: Almost everything was perfect: the room was clean, the staff was kind and prompt, the food was great, the pool and the beach had sunbeds free of charge.

Cons: There was a very annoying noise coming from the air conditioning system during the day and night. Also, the lack of towels for the sun beds is a minus.

Pros: Hello...the hotel clean , the staff very friendly, the beach facilities ok, the food was fresh and tasty, in general more than ok !!!

Cons: The small village was clean and very nice ! Realy nice to walk around each evening !

Pros: Hotel was clean, food was good, near to the beach.

Cons: Will be good to have ramp from pool bar area to the restaurant, so people with disabilities to have easy access

Pros: pretty much everything for the money we paid , but mainly the very friendly staff and the variety of meals.

Cons: sometimes there was no hot water running, I would assume because of the limited boiler capacity

Pros: Czysto. Basen, lobby, bary, obsługa, animacje ok. Pokoje wymagają odświeżenia.

Cons: Tragedią jest zgoda na palenie tytoniu w restauracji. Jedzenie słabe.

Pros: Raport calitate pret bun. Totul a fost peste asteptari: curatenie, paturi confortabile, prosoape schimbate zilnic; mancare proaspata si gustoasa; foarte buna organizare in complex.

Cons: Miros de canalizare in bai pe care l am rezolvat imediat prin acoperirea sifoanelor cu lavete umede (avute din intamplare in bagaj).

Pros: Студиото, храната, шезлонгите на плажа. Леглата бяха удобни. Всеки ден сменяха кърпите.

Cons: Кафето и соковете не бяха хубави. Кафето воднисто, а соковете разредени. Следобед често беше твърде шумно и не можехме да починем. Последните няколко вечери пристигнаха в хотела гости, които злоупотребяваха с алкохола и вдигаха врява до късно вечерта. Нямаше комарник и няколко пъти гонихме различни насекоми из стаята. В банята липсваха рингове за окачване на кърпите.

Pros: Много сме доволни! Разположението на хотела е много добро, на 2 минути от плажа и на 5 минути от центъра. Храната е разнообразна и вкусна. Персонала на ресторанта и камериерките не се спираха, много работливи и услужливи. Аниматорите също бяха много усмихнати и не ни оставяха да скучаем изобщо. Със сигурност ще посетим хотела отново!

Cons: Единствено имам лека забележка относно чистотата в душ кабината. Мокетите са чисти, но захабени, имат доста петна. Ще е добре да се изперат по-усърдно или да се подменят.
