Very well situated, clean, but expensive for what it offers, some of the staff impolite/unfriendly

Pros: The hotel is very well situated, very close to the beach, to the city center and to the main bus stop. The rooms are clean, and the lady who owns the hotel is very friendly, hospitable and ready to help. One of the cleaning ladies was also very nice and helped me when I needed information.

Cons: The price does not reflect the hotel: it should be maximum 30 euros per night for what it offers. The shower flows directly into the bathroom and there's nothing to make the water go away for hours. Typically Bulgaria, it's not the first time I see it. The bathroom doors are old, the wood scratches because of the water. The room is quite small, but ok for only a couple of days. But the worst thing is the employed staff: as I didn't understand - in Bulgarian - whether I should pay for the coffee I ordered immediately or at the end of my stay, one of the guys who made the coffee started saying in a rude manner that it's not a supermarket, one should pay right aways, and that this is Bulgaria so I should speak Bulgarian, it's not his fault that I didn't understand. Fair enough, nothing to say - but then please write on the website that non-Bulgarian speakers are not welcome from the very beginning. Then I have left some clothes in the room for drying the day I was leaving, without yet giving the key back - we still had one hour to stay in the hotel. The owner didn't understand and sent the cleaning lady to the room. No problem, I can understand that. But when I went to the room and saw all my clothes packed in a garbage bag, I found it unacceptable. Then, when I put them all on the bed, to see if there's something missing, the cleaning lady them immediately and threw them on the floor. With such an attitude no one should be received there. Lastly, I booked a room for several nights, but only after arriving the owner told us that we need to change the rooms after 2 nights, because it's not free. Well, should I have known that, I would maybe have booked another hotel. If one has to change rooms during his stay, one should be informed previously and the price should be lower.

Pros: The location was very good, close to the beach and the city center.

Cons: The air conditioner should be changed and I recommend a bigger refrigerator in the room

Pros: Great location just few metres from the beach. The host was very friendly and helpful. Room clean and with a nice view .

Pros: Расположение, пляж,центр. Паркинг удобный , цена. И самое главное персонал ,всегда отзывчивый и внимательный. Встретили нас и провожали очень хорошо.

Напълно достатъчно за една спокойна почивка в гр.Поморие

Pros: Хотела е на много удобно място.Близко е до центъра и плажа.

Cons: Нямам оплаквания.Доволни сме от това,че избрахме този хотел.

Pros: Хотелът е близо до морето и до центъра на града. Има всички необходимите удобства. Персоналът е отзивчив и любезен. В близост е спирката пред общината, където спира безплатния автобус за аквапарка.

Cons: Има платен паркинг наблизо, но трудно се намират свободни места.

Беше невероятна почивка, защото за нас е важно децата да се забавляват и да са щастливи

Pros: Местоположението е чудесно, всичко е много близо –плаж, център, заведения за хранене. Отзивчив персонал и страхотни стаи- големи и комфортни.

Cons: Като недостатък мога да отбележа само, че за 6 нощувки нито един път не смениха спалното бельо

Pros: Стаите са просторни, тихи и чисти. Чудесно местоположение.

Cons: Терасата е изключително тясна или направо символична. В банята имаше само душгел, но не и сапун и шампуан. Пред хотела имаше 5-6 парко места, които бяха явно само за определни клиенти. За другите...марш на платен паркинг пред общината.

Pros: За поредна година очарована от всичко -местоположение,отношение на персонала,чистота.Препорчвам го.

Pros: Ежедневно се почистваше,персонала приветлив и усмихнат.Всичко работеше в стаите телевизор,хладилник,климатик итн.

Cons: Всичко беше перфектно.Благодаря 😉
