Belvedere Hotel - All inclusive

Pros: Nice hotel. Nice food and atmosphere. Walkable distance to the beach. Nothing more to see around the hotel. We stayed 7nights. 4nights will be enough to explore primorsko. Reception staff only knows English. Everyone speaking Bulgarian language, that was only disappointing for us.

Nice place

Pros: Clean and nice hotel with very good variety of fresh food. Delicious desserts:) Relatively close to the beach. Hotel has its own sun beds and umbrellas on the beach which is convenient for the guests. There is also a hotel parking. Reception staff was attentive and vey helpful.

Cons: The only thing we did not like (but this cannot be changed) is the fact that hotel is surrounded by other hotels/buildings very close to each other.

Pros: Very good hotel with nice food and great for kids.

Pros: The rooms and all the premises are very clean. We had food, snacks and drink the whole day. Pools are warm and clean - kids loved them. Location is ok - close to the beach and the center yet not in the noise.

Cons: The parking details in booking are not correct. There are parking spots in front of the hotel but they are far from being enough for the hotel capacity. We had to park in the hotel from Alexandria club. This was very inconvenient for us since we were on a family vacation with 2 toddlers and one 1-year old. With the kids, it was difficult to offload luggage AND kids and then park the car somewhere else. When we asked at the reception they told us that all these details are available in Booking which, by the time we did the booking, were not.

Excellent choice for a family vacation. Definitely looking forward to being a guest again, soon.

Pros: The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Pool area and kids playground were well maintained and overseen by hotel staff. Food variety was good and the entertainment for kids was well organized.

Cons: Not enough parking spaces for all guests but the hotel offered a parking spot, free of charge, in the parking area of another hotel within the Alexandria chain. Shower pressure was iffy and finding a balance for the right water temperature when taking a shower was difficult at times.

Overall Very Happy

Pros: Nice clean with all the facilities you will need for a family holiday, decent swimming pools, dining was pleasant not crowded, food was good quality, entertainment was engaging, very close to the beach and centre.

Cons: The staff could be more engaging at reception, bar man Chris told me he doesn't speak English but actually just being ignorant as it's a mainly Czech/Polish speak resort.

Pros: The hotel overall looks good and clean. The rooms are big enough for a family of 4, the beds were comfy, the only downfall was that the cleaning ladies did not come every day. The restaurant was amazing, with different options every day and all the time served fresh 🙌 The swimming pools were really nice as well, maybe the water needed a bit more heating up. The staff were really friendly and we are overall very satisfied with our stay 😊

Cons: Cleaning wasn't done every day. They need more cleaning staff for sure so they can manage all the rooms daily

Amazing!

Pros: Definitely a 5 stars hotel. We have been in 3rd floor where the size of the room and the terrace were huge and the AC very smooth. Special remark for the lady housekeeper and the team from the bar. Even we didn't spent much time on the swimming pools, the atmosphere was entertained by a young team full of energy and kindness. The variety of the food was impressive. Free parking and free sunbeds were included and it is an added value for the stay.Thank you for everything!

Pros: Everything was grate. The different foods on offer at the hotel were good. The hotel was clean. Best hotel to stay with children☺️
