Pros: We loved our stay here. The rooms were great size with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea, the breakfast was very good, and the facilities (pool and gym) were just what we wanted. The hotel is nearby the sea, just a few min walk away, and the staff was lovely too. Overall, it was excellent value for money and we'd certainly like to return here.

Relaxing experience in Ravda

Pros: The hotel is amazing. Our room was brand new and with all the needed amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect as I very close to the sea and the city center. The underground parking is a great plus and the swimming pool is fantastic.

Cons: The only feedback I have is that the breakfast should include more options, and increase the quality of the products offered. Also, the restaurant is lovely but there is no division between smokers and not smokers, overall the entire breakfast organisation can be improved. That said, the hotel is 100% recommended.

Great hotel for a great price.

Pros: Breakfast was a buffet with lots of options to suit any pallet. Staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable. We travelled to Nessebar to visit the Aquapark and stayed at this hotel. It was perfect as the Aquapark was walking distance away. We'll tay here again next year.

Pros: Good Staff, nicely appointed room. Lovely Pool & Good Gym, Restaurant Ala Carte very good.

Pros: The hotel is new and cozy. The outside area is clean and well-maintained, features a playground for children. The pool was pretty big, warm, with plenty of loungers and rarely overcrowded. We also liked the restaurant at the hotel for dinner very much (but not the breakfast, regrettably). The restaurant/breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. In general we had no problems communicating in English. The underground parking with direct elevator access was super convenient, although sometimes it was full and took some elaborate parking skills: most of the cars occupied 2 spots per car due to the limited width.

Cons: The room cleaning was disastrous. Lots of dust and hair found after check-in along the balcony windows and doors as well as under bedside tables. Looking behind the mini-bar and under the bed led us to believe that such areas are cleaned once in a season in the best-case scenario, so we washed the floor ourselves on the day of arrival. Room service seemed to have only changed the sheets and towels, no proper dusting/vaccuming/mopping was done (or maybe it was, but it was not noticeable). The breakfast was basic. Great hotel within 3 min walk from the beach

Pros: Very spacious and impeccably clean room, comfortable bed, free underground parking, 3 min walk from a beach. Lunch menu was great value and super tasty, dinner menu was a bit pricey, but equally delicious. Great service!

Cons: Breakfast options were not as great as lunch/dinner options. Eggs and sausages were almost always served cold ;( I’d recommend investing in heating lamps to keep the food warm.

Pros: I had an amazing experience at Hotel Address! Everything was perfect, from cleanliness and comfort to the welcoming atmosphere. I would especially like to thank Petar and Momchil, who were incredibly kind and professional. They did everything possible to make us feel welcome and appreciated, always offering help with a smile and an exemplary attitude. Thanks to them, our stay was much more pleasant and relaxing. Pros: The hotel is absolutely Amazing. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. The restaurant is of a very high standard, and the food is truly delicious. We had a wonderful stay, thanks to all the people who work there.

Definitely recommendable, the small things to complain about don't affect the overall experience too

Pros: The hotel is centrally located in Ravda, walking is most commen used. We were 2 adults. Hotell is good locking. The staff was helpful, accommodating and pleasant, did their best for us to have a nice holiday. Facilities and the hotel are in good condition and very user-friendly. (little affected by time, but expect it to be maintained properly for the future :-). The city's best fitness center, Recommended. Room with kitchen was great and with 2x ac, so for us according to expectations. Food from resturant was ok, much better in 2024. The pool area was very nice.

Cons: Cleaning in common areas can always be better. Wish for better, more thorough room cleaning in general. Blackout curtains in front of windows in rooms must be in place in the future, impossible to sleep. Lot of noise from families with children in the hallways after 23 oclock evening. Breakfast was terrible for a nordic person, pleas change :-) google nordic breakfast and add food for nordic custommers when needed, local supermarket has alot of suited food for nordics, but just a tips.
