Pros: Good location, close to local restaurants and main walking area. Close to the beach. Lovely rooms. Very polite reception, concierge, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff. Plenty of food and drinks available all day. In general we had a good stay, haven't been to our seaside for more than 16 years and below recommendation is mainly from our experience in Spain, Canary Islands, France, Italy, Turkey. Thank you.

Cons: No kettle , iron. Could arrange to have area on the beach with umbrellas. Food for breakfast could benefit from more traditional pastry . For lunch and dinner could be more fish /sea food and traditional grill. Could benefit from good quality coffee machine at the lobby bar.

A great place

Pros: Very nice hotel with an excellent location. It's right next to the beach, and close to the city center. The food was good and varied. The room clean and nicely arranged. We had a lovely view towards the sea. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you!

Overall, everything was very good.

Pros: Everything was excellent . The staff is very friendly, the food is varied and very tasty. The room was clean and the sea view is breathtaking. The blonde woman at the reception and the bellboy were very friendly and attentive. Ivan in the restaurant always smiling and very talkative. The bartender was also very friendly and even though i was taking an antibiotic he tried to offer us pretty good non-alcoholic cocktails. Nadya our house keeper was also very nice. Overall i would come back here again. i hope you keep up the good standard.

Cons: I didn't like that you can smoke anywhere in the restaurant outdoors, I suggest there be an area where, even though it's outdoors, you can't smoke. It's really not nice to eat and someone from the next table is smoking.

Excellent stay

Pros: Great location, close to the center of Sozopol as well as the beach /Level -3 on the elevator and you are there/ Excellent service. The receptionist helped us on two occasions by printing out our train tickets and making coffee at 3:00am :-) Also the all inclusive food and alcohol were awesome.

Cons: The view from the room directly looked at some trashcans, but I could have expected that since we didn't book a room with sea view.

Nice hotel, great location, & a couple of quirks!

Pros: Great location. We were on an ‘all-inclusive’ deal and found the food quite reasonable and varied as best as they could. Fantastic breakfasts and great salads to support a selection of meat and fish dishes. The open bar was also relaxed and available. After some discussions we got a great room - exactly like the one in the Booking.com photos. For the most part, the staff are really friendly and helpful. To the lady who serviced our room and brought in our clothes when it started to rain - you are a gem!

Cons: We were initially shown to a room that was clearly inferior to the room in the Booking.com photos. To their credit, upon request, the reception staff made the necessary correction. Most annoying was the old gentleman attending to the “24 hour front desk” who wouldn’t get off his chair and move 20 meters to get us some hot water out of the live vending machine behind the bar. Yes, it was 6 in the morning, but it was a 24 hour front desk, and it was just a request for hot water - and there needed to be a bit more recognition of the sign hanging above the office door just a few meters away (see photo below). Perhaps walk the talk or take the picture down!
