Pros: Very close to the centre and at walkable distance to the beach. I was allowed an early checkin

Pros: everything! kind owners, very pretty room, awesome location in old town, very peaceful (middle of september) and very warm sea. ☀️ they also like dogs, so me and my puppy Ina really felt welcome.

Our stay at Art Hotel was an absolute delight, a true gem in the heart of Sozopol

Pros: A fantastic place to stay, located right in the heart of Sozopol's old town. Our room was beautifully decorated, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. A major bonus is the private parking near the hotel, which must be booked in advance. If you're driving, follow Waze's instructions and just drive through the barrier on the right to enter the old town.

Great value for money

Pros: Perfect location in the middle of the old town, close to everything, but in a quiet small street away from the crowds. Having a parking spot is a plus. The room on the smaller side but it was ok for us just for one night. Clean and all the basic facilities you need, smart management on lights and air con, netflix on tv. Responsive and welcoming staff. Overall great value for money.

Cons: A couple of suggestions to work on - add a safety box in the room, get better, more comfortable pillows and improve soundproofing.

Pros: Amazing location in the old town, super modern and clean, the host was also super friendly - in general everything was 10/10 and I definitely recommend

Cons: As we booked in the last minute (the day before arrival) there was only a room with two separate beds available - this however is an issue of the late planning and didn’t affect our stay in any way

Pros: The host Sunny was amazingly kind and welcoming , everything was supper clean and well decorated. The location is perfect as well. All in all we were extremely happy with our stay
