A lovely small hotel that feels like a sanctuary from the crazy world. Delicious food!
Pros: So easy to relax here. The staff are always available to help and kindly provided a highchair for our tiny guest and moved tables around so that we could eat by the pool. Love the food ( especially the home-made pasta dishes), the view, the proximity to Sozopol old town, the gorgeous spa and the infinity pool. The bedrooms themselves are spacious, spotless and comfortable with a well stocked mini bar. We opted for the sea view room which I would recommend.
Cons: You can’t always get a parking space at the front of the hotel to unload/load but there is free parking adjacent to the hotel so not really a problem. The narrow road to it has a few potholes and may not give a good initial impression but once you are inside you instantly feel relaxed and cared for. The staff are welcoming and mostly speak good English.

A beautiful hotel, yet the true essence of a great stay lies in the quality of communication
Pros: I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is very clean, with a beautiful view and a delicious breakfast. The staff at breakfast were attentive and welcoming, which added to the positive atmosphere.
Cons: However, communication with the reception was quite difficult. When I spoke with a particular receptionist, I felt that my questions were not welcomed, and I had to repeatedly ask for information. While she was smiling, the interaction felt distant, making it challenging to discuss important matters. I was interested in organizing a retreat and wanted to understand how such events are typically handled at the hotel. Unfortunately, there was no structured information available, and I had to ask for every detail separately. Additionally, we originally booked two rooms, but due to an emergency—one of our guests had a sick child with a high fever—they had to stay home. We reached out to the hotel to ask about a possible refund. The hotel directed me to Booking.com, but when I contacted Booking.com, they advised me to resolve the issue directly with the hotel. When I wrote back to the hotel, they unprofessionally redirected me once again to Booking.com. In the end, Booking.com informed me that the hotel did not approve the refund. This back-and-forth felt misleading and unprofessional from the hotel’s management. Despite the beautiful location and great reviews, this experience left a negative impression. I hope the hotel improves its communication with guests and handles such situations more transparently in the future. Wishing them success in refining their approach.

Amazing designer hotel with gorgeous sea views
Pros: We really enjoyed our time at the property. We had a direct sea view room with a balcony, the views are gorgeous. The room was clean, spacious with modern furnishings. The shower was amazing with a large amount of water throughput. We really liked the white and clean styling of the entire hotel, it is very calming and feels luxurious. The breakfast was tasty, a mixture of cheeses, salami, eggs, vegetables, croissants etc. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The communal area is very functional yet looks fantastic with the swimming pool in the background. We will be back.

Chic Boutique Hotel
Pros: Great boutique-y hotel along the Sozopol coast. Our room was lovely and spacious (think we may have been upgraded?) but most rooms have a sea-facing balcony and area very tastefully done. The infinity pool area, as per the photos, is amazing.
Cons: Worth noting that the hotel is a decent 40 minute walk to the old town of Sozopol, which is the nicest area to explore and get dinner. The general peaceful atmosphere can get slightly thrown-off by the nearby beach bar in the late afternoon, but no great issue.

A beautiful hotel which could be much better.
Pros: The room was lovely and very comfortable. Massage was superb. Food was good but very limited. It is a little oasis in and amongst a not particularly nice area of Sozopol.
Cons: The location isn’t great, very built up and not a particularly pleasant to walk into Sozopol. The receptionist was rude on arrival and didn’t even look at us when we were checking in. It really didn’t start the holiday well. They didn’t have a menu for food so it was very limited. Also expensive, again without a menu it was difficult to guess how much a meal was.
