Hotel Laguna Park & Aqua Club - All Inclusive

Great experience for families

Pros: The beds are very comfy. The place is very clean, and staff are always picking up litter and cleaning up. The slided are great and are plenty of inflatables and queues were small. (Note we were midweek). Lot's of food and plenty of variety. Drinks are local, but are good to enjoy some in the sun. We always found a sunbed available, though it can get busy. We stayed at the apartment, and is awesome. A/C and the windows are very good soundproof.

Cons: The sweets, look great but are bit tasteless, mostly sugar. Limited car park, had to wait maybe 30 minutes, but a place was found eventually. I think the hotel expects guests mostly travelling plane/bus, not by car. Unrelated to the hotel, there are different type of guests/culture so expect to see some things, like skipping queues or jumping in pool, even if lifeguards tell them to not.

Pros: Everything was great. Food was tasty, they cleaned and changed towels every day from our room. Aqua park was great, facilities all clean.

Cons: First of all we had to pay a parking fee, which was expensive (30 euro for 5 days). Food was a little bit repetitive and more fastfood orientated... also at 18.00 they dont let you use the pools because they cleans them. And last of all, drinks were local, not so great.

Good family vacation

Pros: Overall very positive experience Pluses: -Very nice, modern, clean and spacious room -Polite and happy personnel -One pool had water warmed -Wide range of quality drinks included in the all-inclusive offer -Kid's club -Short distance to the beach

Cons: Minuses: -Food was repetitive and bit blunt even though they claimed to have thematical evenings. Only starters were themed, but they looked better than tasted -Animation programme schedule was very unclear. On one leaflet it said that Monday is their day off, on other that it's Tuesday. Once we waited for Mini Disco with few families but it didn't happen.

Sunny Beach Holiday

Pros: Great hotel, clean with great food and plenty of choices. Excellent location, easy walk to Flower street.

Cons: Entertainment space for evening is separate to bar area

Good value for the money

Pros: Clean location Nice staff and careful Great facilities (aquapark and various pools) Nice apartments Good food quality for all inclusive

Cons: No beach bar - would’ve been nice Small parking but they manage to find options

Pros: Absolutely love the hotel,location and especially the food 🤩🤩🤩. I will definitely recommend to my friends. Our son is autistic and he really enjoyed the aqua park of the hotel and the ice cream 🍦 Thank you 🙏🏼

Cons: Nothing bad to say!

Pros: Facilities, service, food, great room . We had a great time there

Pros: Food was excellent, plenty of choice. Pools are excellent and kept so clean and well managed. Hotel itself is spotless. Location is perfect. Our room had recently been updated and was gorgeous. Animation team done games with the kids when the slides were closed for lunch which my daughter loved. Plenty of sun loungers available. Air conditioning was great.

Cons: Some music by the pool would be fantastic, some days there was and others none but on the days when there was some music it really added to the atmosphere. Hotel staff were brilliant but some fellow holiday makers were extremely rude to my son who has Autism which made it uncomfortable at times at the pool and in the restaurant. Some awareness around hidden disabilities within the hotel would be fantastic. Night time entertainment could be better.

Will definitely come back!

Pros: Very nice and clean room. Comfy beds, Cleaning every day. Stuff was very nice and helpful! A lot of different food, everyone can find something he likes.

Pros: nice water slides, renovated rooms and great location in the city nearby the beach.

Cons: water in swiming pools quite cold and the food is very similar every day despite the amount of choices, so at the end of your stay you struggle to choose.
