I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it!

Pros: Excellent location. Free parking (I want to emphasize that it is very difficult to find accommodation with free parking in Sveti Vlas). Clean and spacious rooms. Nice outdoor area. The owner let me check in late in the evening. He was very friendly and did everything possible to make my stay perfect.

Pros: We liked just about everything about our stay the host was very friendly the view was fantastic and the studio was very comfortable.

Pros: Excellent location! A family room with an enormous terrace overlooking the riviera and the bay. The views are astounding. Close proximity to the beach, promenade, and all the restaurants. Best for its price. Very hospitable hosts.

Cons: The great location has its downsides as it can get loud till late from the neighboring restaurants during the high season.

Pros: The two room apartment was clean and nice. The entire complex was clean and well maintained. Food at the restaurant was excellent, and so was the pool. The personnel was polite and well prepared. The place is very close to the beach. Overall a nice, pleasant experience.

A perfect family stay with stunning views and excellent location near the beach.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Sveti Vlas! Location: The location is perfect — It is right on the Sveti Vlas New Beach and in short walking distance from Venid Beach, which is a lovely beach. It is also very close to the bus stop, which made getting around easy even without a car. Cleanliness: The apartment was spotless and very well cleaned. View: The view from the balcony was amazing — overlooking both the pool and the sea. Management: Communication was smooth and quick, and they were always available whenever we needed something, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was an ideal place for a family holiday, and we would happily return!

Pros: Невероятно място за почивка! Като започнем от местоположението - точно над яхтеното пристанище и минем през уютната и чиста стая, оборудвана с всичко необходимо и с невероятна гледка към морето, прекрасно озеленен комплекс, ресторант с изключително вкусна храна, много любезен домакин Людмил,безплатен паркинг и не на последно място близостта до плажа- на 2 минути път! Горещо препоръчвам! Със сигурност ще го посетим отново!

Pros: Amabilitatea personalului, parcare sigură, cu barieră, inclusă în preț, priveliștea de la balcon, grădina frumos îngrijită, camera mare și curată

Cons: La baie se simțea un miros de la canalizare. Proprietarul spunea că se scurge de la celelalte hoteluri de mai sus. Dacă lăsai ventilatorul pornit se estompa mirosul. Dimineața era deranjant.

Pros: Puiki vieta, visai šalia jūros, viešbutis turi didelį baseiną, restoraną. Malonus šeimininkas.

Pros: Komplekso teritorijoje itin puoselėjama aplinka: daug žalumos, gėlių, visur švara. Tvarkingas, švarus baseinas. Kambarys, tai mini butukas:svetainė su virtuvėle(virdulys, mikrobangų krosnelė, tosteris, kaitlentė, maistui ruošti reikalingi indai) ir atskiras miegamojo kambarys Kasdien ateidavo valytoja.
