A very good hotel for a relaxing stay by the sea

Pros: Enchanting view from the room's terrace, overlooking the sea and Sveti Vlas resort. However, the nearby resorts of Sunny Beach and Nessebar are also clearly visible. The food at breakfast and dinner is plentiful. Even though you cannot order a specific type of food for dinner, I recommend half-board services. The food served at dinner was very well cooked and was not repeated during the 6 days we stayed there. The price-quality ratio is very good. Although the hotel is located about a 15-minute walk from the beach, I don't think this is an impediment for those looking for a quiet, clean hotel with great views. Congratulations to the staff who maintain the hotel. I hope to return someday.

Cons: I wouldn't necessarily say that I didn't like it, but it's worth noting that access to the parking lot behind the hotel (monitored by CCTV) is not easy for drivers with little experience.

Nice apartments with spectacular sea and city views

Pros: Very friendly host, we were checked in late at night, for which we are very grateful. Nice atmosphere at breakfast, although it is difficult to call it royal. We were lucky to have a large terrace with a sea view, this is probably the best thing about this hotel. Overall, it is quite good for a vacation.

Cons: I would add a minimum of items to the room, such as a knife for watermelon or melon, a few plates and cups. Although all this was kindly provided to us by the staff, there is not always a desire to ask for it) What I really didn't like was the very small bathroom. I understand that it is impossible to fix this in this particular building.

Good place to stay in a quiet zone

Pros: I know the hotel very well, because i come here from 2 years now. I like it because is in a quite zone, good services and clean rooms.Breakfast is ok.

Cons: I don't like the room this time.Why? Because i book two rooms, one for some friends and for me, more expensive. Even it cost more, my room was the same as dimensions and placement like the other one, a little more cheaper. So... i don't know why charge me more for teh same room type or....... that room is not supose to be mine.

It was a relaxing holiday, we will definitely come back.

Pros: The hotel is on a quiet street, very cozy and peaceful. The rooms are clean. The balcony with its view is super relaxing. The food is not great, but acceptable if you are not very picky (do not forget about the quality-price ratio 😊). All in all, I would definitely come back anytime or gladly recommend it to a friend.

Cons: The distance to the beach, it takes about 15-20 minutes one way, but it can also be an advantage if you want to burn some calories 😊 for us as adults this was not an issue.

Pros: Million dollars view. Very quiet place. Amazing Staff.

Cons: Long distance to the beach... But it's worth it 😉

Pros: GREAT value for money! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We brought a cat - no issues with that. The food was tasty and well prepared and there were always a few options to choose from. The hotel is up a hill so it's in a quiet area but at the same time just a few minutes away from the central part of St. Vlas (and about 20 minutes away from the beach). The view from the balcony was wonderful - it was a pleasure spending time there. Overall we're very happy with our experience. We recommend it and would definitely visit again if we go back to St. Vlas.

Cons: When opening the bathroom door, it hits the water heater and doesn't open completely

Stayed here for 3 nights and I would stay here again, the owner was so nice and helpful and it was kept clean.

Pros: I loved how the hotel was decorated and it was modern, the breakfast and evening meal was really nice.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The hotel was very clean, perfect view over the sea, quiet at night and a short walk to the beach. The hosts were great and the breakfast and dinner delicious. Would definitely come back!

Amazing

Pros: Perfect as always. Believe me... One million dollar view.

Cons: Long distance to the beach... But no matter... View is worth that.
