Pros: We just returned from an amazing 6-night stay at this villa in Alexandrovo and it was honestly our best family vacation ever! The place was spotless and had everything we needed - two bedrooms, two bathrooms, private pool, BBQ area, beautiful garden with flowers, and even a hammock. The kids loved the pool and we spent most evenings grilling and relaxing outside. Location is perfect - only 15 minutes drive to Sunny Beach but nice and quiet in the village. Best of both worlds really. Lidia and Colin are wonderful hosts. Communication was easy, they welcomed us with a lovely gift, and were always available when we needed anything. You can tell they really care about their guests. Everything was perfect, no complaints at all. When our friends saw the photos they kept asking if we went to Greece! Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone. Thanks Lidia and Colin for making our holiday so special!

Would we stay at this villa again….defo Yes and for a longer stay!
Pros: The villa has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The plunge pool was spotlessly cleaned. In fact, the whole villa was spotless, walking in barefoot not an issue! The owners were there at the accommodation to welcome us and are very knowledgeable regarding the areas eateries and shopping. The village of Aleksandrovo has no shop but about ten minutes by car the village of Kablehkovo has everything you need with a street market every Thursday.
Cons: It’s evident from cigarette burns on the furniture that not all guests respect the owners rules to refrain from smoking. Don’t bother booking if you can’t respect this rule. Thanks.

Wonderful place
Pros: Colin and Lidia were very well mannered, radiant and friendly hosts. The place is lovely and has all the amenities. The kitchen has all the utensils and things needed for cooking and barbecuing. They had even thought to leave sunscreen. This is a very cozy place to stay. The garden is beautiful and well kept and the pool always clean. We were greeted with wine left, candy, coffee capsules and a welcome card. We will be back again next summer. It was a pleasure to spend our holiday in this amazing villa. ❤️

Pros: Colin and Lydia were very nice, they welcomed us with a compliment. The place is perfect, the house has everything you need for a perfect holiday, everything is done with attention to detail, we will definitely come back again, thank you for a nice stay.

Een pareltje!
Pros: Een prachtige plek: ruime en volledig privé villa met alles erop en eraan! Rustig gelegen maar toch dicht bij leuke uitstappen. Ideaal om de Zwarte Zee te verkennen én te ontspannen. Colin en Lidia zijn heel vriendelijke en behulpzame hosts. Een echte aanrader!
Cons: De keuken is zeer goed uitgerust, maar een vaatwasser zou het naar onze mening nog aangenamer maken.

Pros: Престоят ни в Courtyard Villa беше чудесен! Вилата е просторна и уютна, направена с внимание към детайла и с много приятен интериор. Всичко беше безупречно чисто, свежо и поддържано, като вилата е оборудвана с всичко необходимо, което би ви било нужно за престоя там до най-малките битови подробности. Дворът е прекрасно озеленен, има красиви кътчета за хранене навън до басейна, барбекю, чадър и покрита пергола. Басейнът се поддържа отлично – много чист и приятен. Локацията е близо до морето, Слънчев бряг и Несебър, но в същото време далеч от шума и претъпканите курорти, идеално за хора, които търсят тишина, комфорт и пространство. Домакините бяха изключително мили и отзивчиви, комуникацията беше лесна и приятна, благодарим за топлото посрещане и грижата. С удоволствие бихме се върнали отново.

Pros: Пътуваме често, но това за нас е най-добре оборудваната, чиста и подредена вила – помислили са и за най-малките детайли. Още с пристигането бяхме приятно изненадани – оставили са ни почерпка с кутия бонбони и бутилка вино, както и ваза с красиви цветя от градината. Кухнята беше отлично обзаведена – имаше всички уреди и принадлежности, което направи приготвянето на храна истинско удоволствие. Дворът и басейнът бяха истински оазис – поддържани и идеални както за релакс, така и за забавление. Прекарахме много време край басейна, наслаждавайки се на тишината и прекрасната природа наоколо. Лидия и Колин бяха много мили и отзивчиви.
