Comfortable holiday apartment

Pros: The property was a clean, spacious studio with a balcony located in the beautiful resort town of Sveti Vlas. It was very near the beach. The pool was small and attractive and the property was near the beach, restaurants and a large supermarket. Eva, who manages the property, is very helpful and friendly.

Cons: Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Pros: Mrs. Eva is great, she's a kind, honest and overly great woman! The hotel is clean, close to the beach and very modern! I highly advise to choose it, it's a really great place to rest, plan your vacation or just have a great time in Sveti Vlas <3

Great apartement

Pros: I liked everything: I was looking for 2 rooms with two beds ( not sofa bed), close to the beach with balcony and kitchen. And this is exactly what Sineva del Sol Apartements are. Rooms are big, clean, beds are very comfortable and what was important for me was quiet at night. Kitchen was perfect, bathroom only is a little bit old style but was super clean. The beach is 3 min walk, Marina with even better beach for kids was 10 min walk. There are cheap buses going to Sunny beach and Nessebar. Also thefe is a boat to Nessebat, we had a great adventure and spent great time in Sveti Vlas.

Cons: Wi- fi dosen't work, tv is useless.

Pros: It was very clean. Eva, the host, is very nice and helpful person. She waited for us to arrive, helped us with parking, she was there for all the information needed. Every day, if you wish, your trash is being picked up and after 4 days (out of 8), two cleaning ladies came and cleaned the apartment, changed our towels and our sheets. The apartment was very spatious with big nice terrace. Also, the location is amazing, it is only a couple minutes walk from the beach.

Cons: The only downside would be is that there is no wifi in the room. But we didn’t really mind it.

Wonderful stay.

Pros: Wonderful apartment in a brilliant location, 3 minutes from the beach, supermarket over the road, snack bar by the pool. Lovely, spacious, clean room with views of the sea and pool. The whole building is kept in a spotless condition and the staff are really nice and helpful, especially Eva, the manager, who is very welcoming.

Cons: Nothing.

Just perfect!

Pros: The check-in process was smooth, and our rooms were spotless and well-equipped with modern amenities. Eva was extremely helpful and ready to assist with everything whenever we needed. The beautiful balcony views added to our experience, and the location of the place was ideal. We left feeling refreshed and would highly recommend this place for a comfortable gateway!

Pros: Great place for a family vacation. The room is exactly as shown in the photos. A huge plus is that pets are allowed here. The beach is a 2 minute walk away. Friendly hostess.
