Good stay
Pros: Good location, nice pool (kids pool is 0.7 m, adult pool from 1.4 m to 1.9 m) - they also have a lifeguard and you can order drinks from your pool deckchair. The apartment is nice (you have everything you need), the staff is very nice, it's located near a supermarket and close to beach. Good value for money. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
Cons: Cleaning every 3 days, so in 6 days, they cleaned and replaced towels, taken out garbage, only once. If you want it done more often you have to pay an extra 5 leva a day. Food was decent, but not great. We had to buy detergent for washing dishes, sponge, even a soap for washing hands (it was finishing and they didn't refill it), toilet paper was limited also.

Back in paradise
Pros: It was so wonderful to return to my favourite summer location, which once again exceeded my expectations. I arrived very early on the day of check-in, but the apartment I booked was already prepared. In fact, I have to thank my wonderful hosts for upgrading me to an apartment with a sea view, this was such a pleasant surprise for me, that increased the level of happiness during my entire stay at the Villa. As last year, I enjoyed the delicious food and drinks selection from the restaurant (many thanks and well done to all the girls & guys from there), I relaxed by the beautiful pool and got the relaxation that I seeked. Actions like these really make a guest feel special, spoiled and rewarded for his loyalty. Many many thanks from the bottom of my heart to the entire staff of Villa Florence, they can really make everyday feel like a celebration, it was so nice to see you all once again!

Great.
Pros: This is my second stay in this hotel, both times off-season. Excellent value for money, you have all you need in rooms for both short stay and long rent in summer. Very clean, well maintained and super friendly personel.

Peace and relaxation
Pros: I enjoyed the quality of the services provided by the hotel they are top level. The location near the beach is a big advantage and also the hotel swimming pool is great. The apartment was clean, very spacious and very well equipped. The food at the restaurant was delicious and last but most important, the entire staff of the hotel was very friendly, kind and looked out for my needs, with an extra thank you for Tatiana and the guys from restaurant.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind, everything was amazing.

Pros: 接待人員笑容可掬、親切，環境優美，停車方便。 早餐為點餐式，很有儀式感，餐點豐富；服務人員很有禮貌。 飯店設施有游泳池，因天涼未使用，不覺遺。
Cons: 訂房時說明房間設備有洗衣機及烘衣機，但入住時沒有烘衣機。

Pros: Изключителен хотел! Още от момента на настаняването ни посрещнаха с усмивка и професионално отношение. Стаите са просторни, много чисти и уютни, с внимание към детайла.Храната в ресторанта,разнообразна, с прясно приготвени продукти за всеки вкус. Персоналът винаги е готов да помогне и да създаде приятно изживяване. Локацията-удобна!Определено ще се върнем отново и препоръчваме горещо този хотел!

Pros: Хубав хотел, ужасни стаи. Персонала от друга страна беше мил, учтив, а стаите чисти.
Cons: За 550лв. за две нощувки бяхме с гледка към главната улица, а в booking пишеше \

Pros: A személyzet nagyon kedves, mindent megtettek azért, hogy jól érezzük magunkat. A szoba nagyon modern, tágas. A wellness részleg pici, de jól használható. Minden ragyogó tiszta. Közel van a tengerhez, és a városhoz is. A reggeli finom és bőséges.
Cons: Ugyan a szálláson minden rendelkezésre állt, ami a leírásban benne volt, de néhány eszköz még jól jött volna, pl. konyharuha, több lábas, éles kés, mikrohullámú sütő, kávéfőző.
