Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Przyjemne mieszkanie z niezbędnym wyposażeniem. Drzewa przed budynkiem dają cień i bardzo dobrze chronią przed słońcem. Zamiast klimatyzacji mogą być otwarte okna.

Cons: Bardzo nierówny chodnik przed budynkiem.
